Appearance:
Elegance Upon looking at Kagetora’s face, your attention is drawn to a single feature. His bright, piercing blue eyes seem to have different kinds of effects on people – but they never leave anyone indifferent. His slender face, pale skin and strong facial bone structure provide the perfect frame for the powerful pair of eyes, which strongly contrasts with his naturally crimson hair. Though with a natural penchant to be kept long and, thus, unruly when kept otherwise, Kagetora’s hair is not allowed to grow longer than a couple of inches, being refused at the same time to have its aberrant natural color displayed. Instead, his hair is regularly dyed a pale blonde, a color he deems much more fitting of his skin and eye color, avoiding an unsightly clashing of colors.
Perfection Built to perfection. That’s how anyone attempting to describe Kagetora’s body would most likely approximate themselves to reality. Though tall and relatively skinny, standing at 6’3” and weighing 187 lbs, the Rokudaime Raikage’s body has been sculptured flawlessly through sheer hard work, every single muscle group worked on with utmost care to increase its efficiency and power, while still avoiding needless oversizing or an unneeded excess in mass. This results in a sculptured appearance that, when looked at in tight-fitting clothes, permits the observing of every single muscle, perfectly defined and visible. This, in turn, grants Kagetora an extremely compact build that, even though is built for sheer bursts of speed, can also be surprisingly physically strong, particularly when one disregards that possibility due to his lack of bulging muscles.
Class Nothing but the highest quality materials cloths will touch the skin of Shuiro Kagetora. Even then, having very particular tastes, acquiring attires becomes a rather tiresome and gruesome process for anyone accompanying him, particularly his personal assistant, who is mostly in charge of the process. To add insult to injury, it is not uncommon for the Raikage to completely refuse to wear a particular attire more than once, thus cloistering these high grade clothes to his extended wardrobe, which at this point takes an entire room. It is, then, highly unlikely anyone will ever catch the Raikage looking less than stellar, as he simply shuns the idea of leaving the house unless he looks up to par with his extremely high expectations of his appearance. Regardless, there are two staple attires that, on regular situations, one might expect to see Kagetora wear. The first, for all formal business to be conducted under his honorary title of Raikage as well as his on-duty time, is naturally his official uniform, composed by a long, flowing white robe made of pure virgin wool, traditional wooden Geta sandals and the iconic Raikage hat. On the other end of the spectrum, during more informal situations and in his free time, his most worn attire is a simple, long satin robe with a blue and white frothy pattern, tied around the waist with a simple rope sash and, once more, Geta sandals (though, on occasion, he’s known to simply wearing regular sandals).
Beneath both of these attires, Kagetora insists in wearing his third most regular set of clothes – this battle equipment. Composed of a tight-fitting black shirt that sticks to his toned body while still allowing for easy movement, as well as slightly looser pants, this battle set is rounded up by a fishnet undershirt as well as regular rubber sandals with an anti-slip sole, covered in tiny rigid spikes and indentations that permit a much better adherence to most surfaces. Both his shirt and pants are fire resistant and water proof, thus granting him a moderate protection to these effects.
In terms of accessories, Kagetora refuses to sport his Kumogakure Headband, a symbol of his life as a regular shinobi that, now, he has deemed surpassed, having reached the pinnacle of the Shinobi existence. Instead, he represents his pride for his village through a small tattoo of the Kumogakure symbol on the left side of his chest. Wearing a solid white gold pendant of the same symbol, however, is not uncommon. Another possession he carries with him at all times is his Kiseru pipe, built out of bamboo and adorned with rings of pure gold. The tip of this Kiseru pipe is quite sharp and, as such, it can be used as an impromptu weapon, if needed be.
Forehead Protector: Kagetora does not wear any Hitai-ate.
Personality:
Haughty Egotism One of the most defining traits of Kagetora’s complex personality, every minute of his life reeks of his ego. While not exceedingly unreasonable and not unable to recognize value in others, Kage does have a special knack for not only overestimating his own worth but also to flaunt it, sometimes obnoxiously, in front of everyone else, particularly good looking females. This leads to most people simply misinterpreting his inflated ego for a negative trait in his personality when, truthfully, it is a mere byproduct of his hard life. Having been forced on depending on no one but himself, working his way from the very bottom of the food chain to becoming the apex predator, Kagetora largely attributes his success to his own capabilities and, as such, is quick to laud himself. GrandiosityGifted with a superiority complex almost as big as his ego, Kagetora can become quite detestable, on occasion, upon finding himself head to head with someone. While normally remaining free of this blemishing trait, his sense of superiority leads him to exhibit two types of behaviors. Firstly, while still able to attributing worth and merit where it’s due, everyone else’s accomplishments – bar for a select few who have already garnered his favor before this trait was significantly developed – will always pale in comparison to his. As such, it is rather rare for Kagetora to find himself impressed by someone or establishing someone as his rival. However, when this does happen, the second version of this trait rears its ugly head, he will often resort to voicing his superiority over the person in question, in an attempt to bring a rise out of him or her, thus further establishing his blatant superiority. This is the main reasoning behind his uncanny taste and love for everything that is expensive – once you reach the top of the hill, you might as well enjoy it. InexorabilityMarkedly serious, Kagetora leaves little space for banter, enjoyment and laughter in his daily life – unless these are achieved at the cost of the dignity of one of his opponents. Duty-focused and resolute, one might even categorize the Raikage as austere, due to his occasional streaks of strictness, enforcing the rules he believes in to the utmost, regardless of context and situation, and leading his village in a rather militaristic fashion. This behavior stems from his desire to appear and act as professional and businesslike as he can, lest he embarrass his beloved Kumogakure in the eyes of the other villages, as well as attempting to ensure the militaristic supremacy that Kumogakure has always more or less established among the other Great Nations. This, additionally, leads to a certain unrelenting behaviors as well as workaholic tendencies. Furthermore, Kagetora is known for being extremely cautious around mostly everyone, carefully assessing their intentions and goals, before making his own move or saying anything that may lead to a weakened position. This also leads him to having a difficulty in trusting people he is not accustomed to with, yet, and thus requiring of them (sometimes) extreme shows of loyalty. He is not, however, devoid of humor or playfulness – he merely chooses who to exhibit it to very carefully. VirilityAnother contradicting duality that is quite obvious to anyone paying enough attention. Despite the personality trait mentioned above and the fact that, generally, he only exhibits his sense of humor and playfulness to a select handful of close friends, the situation changes completely when the matter at hand is women. Extremely flirtatious and playful when it comes to females, he is known for parading around town with an entourage of his female fans, fans which grew to becoming his groupies once he quickly rose in ranks inside the militaristic establishment of Kumogakure. Though never daring to go overly far with these fans of his, for fear of shaming his honor and good name, Kagetora enjoys their presence and their fawning over his appearance and his abilities. This does not, however, fill in the void that, once in a while, reemerges inside of him. MajestyDisregarding all of the special, rare occasions during which Kagetora’s normal behavior is warped and twisted, he portraits himself the same way he carefully fashions his appearance. Gifted with a great amount of class and civility, Kagetora is quite polite and charming, as well as considerate to the needs and wants of those around him, as well as the village he rules. Though fairly militaristic and ruling with an iron fist, at times, his demeanor is generally calm and courteous, and he will always put his village’s needs above his own, being no stranger to dangerous and risky situations for the well being of his home. Focusing a good amount of effort into proper social etiquette, it is unlikely anyone will ever catch him being coarse or crude – as if he had been tailored from birth to become a nobleman. SolemnityTogether with his gifts in etiquette and interpersonal relationships, Kagetora is also highly skilled in the arts of motivations. Being extremely charismatic and alluring, he is capable of enticing the hearts of those around him and leading them to shifting their existence towards the good of those around them, as well as his own ideas of justice, righteousness and honor. Though he can accomplish this through the power of words and motivation, he does so whilst restraining himself from manipulating others, merely attempting to nudge them in the right direction whilst potentiating their accomplishments and strengths, rather than fully utilizing them for his own, personal gain. This allows him to be easily accepted as a leader, once he has showcased these traits in full force. GallantryOnce fully committed to a cause or goal, Kagetora’s unrelenting personality and his bravery meld into a single trait, one that allows him to chase his goal towards the edge of the earth. A courageous and fierce warrior, Kagetora will fight for his ideals and those he considers as his beloved ones – Kumogakure villagers included – with all of his might, unflinchingly putting his life on the line, if needed, trait which was one of the main reasons that led him to become a candidate for the Raikage position. The same thing applies to his friends – once he befriends someone, and if they truly matter to him, he will be as loyal as they come, even if he may seem reluctant on the surface. Gifted with a very particular and personal sense of honor and justice, he finds this sort of code ruling many of his decisions. However, sometimes, his notion of justice does not coincide with the general concept held by most of the others and, as such, it may lead to controversial decisions. When grouped with his strictness and desire to abide by his own laws, it is not overly uncommon to see Kagetora break those same rules in lieu of a stricter justice, particularly towards those who betray their friends and family – and nothing is more just than death when it comes to traitors. HesitancyThough all of the previous described traits are truly part of his current personality, their origin is more or less factitious. Stemming from a severe case of low self-esteem, loneliness and reduced sense of self-worth, Kagetora’s humble beginnings have always plagued his whole being. Believing himself to be inadequate to the life of a Ninja, Kagetora rarely put up an effort into becoming what he was destined to be. These insecurities were, with time, more... The Life:Expensive possessions and habits are what make Kagetora’s world go round. Living in a secluded mansion on top of a plateau that was, once, one of the tallest mountains in the vicinity of Kumogakure, Kagetora insist in possessing every shred of the newest technology, experimental equipments and materials that good money can buy. Having a lot of it, additionally, he practically owns a small army of servants, helpers and aids to run his estate and the less important facets of his busy life. From maids to butlers, couriers to personal aids, personal chef to gardener, masseuse to animal caretaker and even a technician to fix whatever issues occur in his humongous property, Kagetora delegates all of these minor responsibilities, rather choosing to enjoy merely the byproducts of these activities. When enclosed inside the walls of his estate, the whole property protected by a private barrier team that ensure the detection of any intruder, the Raikage can partake in multiple activities, possessing a multitude of thematic rooms and facilities inside the mansion, from a pool to a gym, a small forest still inside his property, a ranch with various types of animals, from cattle to more exotic breeds and even an artificial lake. As such, when not having a particularly busy schedule, Kagetora spends a good chunk of his time utilizing these facilities for his personal pleasure. Regardless, his daily routine possesses a good amount of time allotted for physical training, training which includes weight lifting, cardio training, swimming, core muscle training, as well as a segment of relaxing meditation, right before bed, that includes a chakra exertion ritual, during which Kagetora exudes all of his remaining chakra, cleansing his body and, thus, accustoming it at functioning with the barest amount of energy left, as well as potentiating the increase of his chakra pool through training, much like one would do with a muscle. Another one of his habits involves the use of his regal pipe. During these sessions, he consumes a blend of a particularly rare engineered strain of an indigenous plant to the Kumogakure region, called Honzou, with various other ingredients to provide a flavor, seeing as the Honzou is relatively bland in terms of flavor. This plant is, however, extremely rich in chemical compounds that stimulate the blood’s capacity to absorb and carry oxygen, leading to a reduction of stress, a body with a slightly higher yield in terms of energy consumption to output, as well as a more efficient metabolism, leading to a contribution towards his fat-free, lean and lithe appearance. His possessions range from seemingly meaningless, though possessing a deep emotional value for him, to senseless objects with exorbitant prices and absolutely no use other than being displayed for visitors and his own pleasure. One of the only objects that can cross both of these categories are his beloved Daisho, a pairing of an Odachi and a Kodachi, which he keeps on the wall of his personal office, in his house, behind his desk. These are ceremonial weapons that were presented to him by the village elders of Kumogakure, upon being appointed as the Rokudaime Raikage, and thus are highly symbolic of his commitment to the village and his will to fight for it. Though they have never been used, they are maintained as if they were weapons to be used in war and, thus, are extremely sharp and deadly. Special Characteristics:- Combat Special Characteristics:

Animal Speaking is a very useful skill because they can manipulate animals to accomplish tasks, such as acting as scouts or gathering information they have already witnessed. Animals that serve as familiars to specific clans or people such as Kakichu Bugs, Inuzuka dogs or summons, cannot be controlled due to their loyalty to their owners.

- History:
Kagetora’s life was never easy. Born in Konoha into a wealthy family of four that, he included, that lived mostly in seclusion, he never did feel truly loved. His sister being a ninja prodigy for Konohagakure, she was the star of his family and his parents loved her endlessly. They complimented her, gave her presents every other day, and always compared the two children, often to showcase Kagetora’s lack of a backbone and uselessness. Kagetora, on the other hand, was nothing more than an afterthought. Of course, they wished him goodnight every day and his mother, occasionally, would place a single, dry kiss on his right cheek – but that was it. He didn’t feel loved. He didn’t feel wanted. And even though his sister kept trying to be nice to him, he knew it – knew that she was just mocking him, that she was just trying to make him feel vulnerable and safe, only to bring him down later. But he endured, and did not let her advances get to him. He endured and lasted, feeling his insides burning at the sight of his parents embracing his sister, every single day of his life, until he was 9. At that age, things got rapidly worse. Constantly failing in the Ninja Academy, Kagetora was now the oldest person to attend the first year and, as if that wasn’t bad enough, his sister made it to ANBU at the youngest age ever recorded in Konoha in the last 20 years, another reason for his parents to embarrass and humiliate him. That was the last straw. In the silence of a rainy night, he packed his very few belongings and left his house, never intending to return. Walking for days on end, feeding off the garbage and leftovers he found, of food he stole from sleeping animals and berries and fruits he had never seen before, Kagetora went into the unknown, not knowing where he would end up or if he would even make it. Eventually though, after what seemed like an eternity, he came upon a change of scenery. The long, forest-spotted plains receded and gave place to first a rocky waste and, then, a full-blown mountainous desert. Once more, any notion of time vanished. During the day, the land was inhospitably foggy and impossibly hot and, when the sun set, the temperature dropped to nearly freezing. Food was almost impossible to find and, if it wasn’t for the fact that he had stockpiled in the last forest he passed through, he would’ve died after a few days. Water, on the other hand, was even a larger problem. Though abundant but generally stale and contaminated and with no way of being stockpiled, potable water was nigh impossible to come upon and, soon, Kagetora became parched, the intense sun and the humid fog not helping in the least. Sweating profusely and wasting the little water his body still held, minutes turned to hours and hours turned to days, as what was only a couple of days seemed like years to him. Defeated, he finally collapsed on the rocky floor, giving up on life and wishing that, on the other side, there was plenty of water for his soul to quench his bodily thirst. His eyes closed and, he was sure, they would never open again. But they did. And when they did, they were flooded by light, one that was not the sun. Artificial lighting. And in front of him, occasionally blocking it, was a shadow. First it was nothing more than a black circle. Then, it grew down, becoming longer and longer, gaining shape until, finally, he could see it take the shape of a person. And then the shade gained colors. The hair was blond, the eyes violet. The skin was a healthy pale color and the lips were split apart into a warm, yet worried smile. Had he died and found himself being greeted by an angel on the other side? No... That was not the case. He was still thirsty. His legs hurt and his face was scorched from the sun. No, he was alive. Alive and, apparently, starving.
He had been passed out for almost 4 days, after having been found by this young girl, a mere mile away from the path that lead to Kumogakure. The girl, who was out for a stroll in the mountainous terrain, found him collapsed and rescued him, bringing him to her house. Hira was her name and, quickly, her and Kagetora became friends. At first, he was reluctant, as he had never had someone he could call a friend. But, with time, she proved to him she would do for him what no one had ever done. Being bullied daily quickly became a ritual. His pale complexion and bright red hair in a village of tan, mostly dark haired people immediately turned him into a beacon of abuse, from teens his age and, sometimes, even younger. Name calling, some roughing up and, sometimes, even some lightning quick beatings, before an adult popped up and stopped the bullies, not without giving Kage the stink eye, quickly became his daily routine. One would assume, at this point, that Kagetora would be disheartened. Fleeing his village to escape abuse, only to become the target of abuse once more, in this new place, would be an insurmountable trial for most people. But not to him. He was quite happy. Happy that he was bullied and beat up every single day. For every single day, when he went back home, his little blonde friend would slam the door and leave the house right after, in search of the bullies, to give them a beating herself. Yes, he now had a home, and someone that actually cared enough about his existence, enough to stand up for his well being.
As such, time passed, and the years rolled. He continued to live in the same house, with the girl and her grandmother and got more used to the life here, in the Cloud Village. He enrolled in the academy and, this time, passed on the tests at his first try. True, he wasn’t great, or even good at all, but he managed. Still being one of the worst in his class, he powered through it all, in hopes of becoming as strong as Hira was. He trained and trained but, still, he could not be more than average, at best. But, life was good and Kagetora did not care. He had a friend for once, a good one at that, and he felt like he could push through everything. Until, of course, everything changed.
Eight years passed since the day he was found laying on the craggy rock, barely alive and Kagetora and Hira were closer than ever, happy together even. They were best friends. No… perhaps more. But then it happened. Tension started growing and a conflict between villages sparked. Soon enough, skirmishes began happening, as pinpoint, precision strikes began happening between villages, these being razed left and right with unsuspected attacks, leaving behind nothing but death and destruction. Hira’s family feared for her safety and, without previous notice, dragged her out of the Kumogakure. Without any care for their feelings, without time to prepare themselves, without allowing them to say a final goodbye – they were left without each other, separated, torn apart. Miles away from the only person he ever cared about, Kage became miserable once more. Worse than that, Kagetora had no idea Hira had been forcefully dragged away from him. Her grandmother, the person whom he still lived with, refused to even speak of the subject, fact that soon after caused Kagetora to move out of her house, unable to look her in the eye as she saw him go through this without offering an explanation. In his mind, Hira had simply deserted him, like everyone else in his life. The conflict endured, but he did not care anymore. If a Tailed Beast came and destroyed his village, all the better. His suffering would end.
He wallowed in his own suffering, in his self pity and wished the cruel, evil God that reigned over this world would just end it already. But one day, as he walked pass the Academy and a mousy, sandy-haired kid was being tormented by a duo of larger teens, he realized it. Hira was no longer in this village. There was nothing here left for him here. He had no idea where she had been taken to, but… He had to try. Between dying alone, out of sheer suffering, or dying trying to find her.. he would take the second. He had to fight for the girl that had fought for him, on a daily basis. Leaving everything behind, he departed at once and, once more, began crossing the mountain range. Stepping into the craggy, rocky path once more, under the heavy glare of the sun and with the heavy fog bearing down on him, flooded his mind with memories of the first time. In the depth of his gut, he was terrified. But he pulled through. Once more, he walked for days and days, ignoring his thirst and hunger, drifting through mountains and caves alike, the endless mountains, tall as kings, observing his progress. He was trying his hardest, but he knew – he was fading fast. Severe dehydration was starting to take a toll on him and, before he knew it, he was seeing things. Visions and hallucinations from his past, his present and things he did not even recognize. One, the most common, was a certain blond haired, violet eyed girl, smiling at him from the distance of the horizon. His mind was playing tricks on him. His lungs could barely breathe, though his chest heaved aggressively. His hands were numb and injured, his knees were buckling and scrapped. His eyes would no longer open, scarred from the brilliance of the unrelenting sun. Soon, he could no longer walk and crawling was the only thing he had left.
Though he knew it wasn’t real, Hira’s face in the dark of his lack of sight that brought him vigor. He wanted to go to her. To see her, once again. He knew it was all lost when he started feeling cold. The scorching sun no longer fazed his body. He started shivering, as cold sweats covered his body. And then he couldn’t breathe anymore. Quickly opening his eyes and jumping to his feet, he realized. He was not cold because he was dying. No. He had found his salvation. He was standing inside a dark cave, the cool water of a pristine, crystalline lake immediately returning most of his senses to him. Without an afterthought, he dove into the water and gulped his salvation down, as if his life depended on it. And it did. As he drifted in the small pool, his body floating under the rocky ceiling of the cave, he realized. There was no way he could cross this rocky hell like this. Not in this weakling form of his. He needed training, more training than he ever did. And then, hopefully, he would get to find Hira. Whether she had ran away and abandoned him, he did not care. Hopefully, someday he would be strong enough to look for his old friend, to get to look her in the eye one final time, and clear things up. And so he did. For the next couple of months, Kagetora trained, and trained, every waking hour of his life. If he wasn’t sleeping, he was training. Eventually, though not as quickly as he expected, he progressed through the ninja system. From useless Genin he quickly graduated to Chuunin and, even then, he kept improving. Soon enough, he was no longer useless and grew strong. Young kids looked up to him and, even though he felt good about it, it was not his goal. No, he needed to become even stronger, to climb to the very pinnacle of the tallest mountain in the whole of the Lightning Country. As the conflict intensified, the chances of ever meeting Hira again got slimmer by the day. He needed to face his demons and leave this place, to find his friend. So he continued training. Every morning, he would leave the village and go to the surroundings, where he would run and train to his heart content, exploring caves, climbing cliffs. Except one day, the unexpected happened. As he returned from his training, as the sun was going down, casting shades of gray and black all over the land, screams flooded his ears even before he laid eyes on the village. And when he did, he saw the bloodshed: a very small army of ninja, which he assumed could only be from another village, were breaking through the guarded gates, slaughtering and injuring any and all in sight, ninja or otherwise. He had to help them. He had to defend the villagers, if no one else. But how? How could he, if even the strongest Chuunin and younger Jounin were being decimated by these black-wearing, masked devils? He was still too weak. Too powerless. Would it really be worth it to throw his life away now, with no positive outcome? No chance of victory? No... He could not die here. He needed to meet Hira again, and for that he could not forfeit his life. He could not engage this small battalion, even if it meant deserting his village. He had to get out of here.
Silently and slowly, he started walking backwards, his eyes stuck to the gory scene, unable to look away from the shocking bloodbath. And then he was seen. Before he could turn away and run, or fall down and hide behind a rock, he was seen. Fingers pointed at him, voices hollered and, before he could even comprehend just how dead he was, the black ninja were rapidly approaching, weapons drawn and hands flickering into different seals and shapes. He was dead, this was it. There was no more training, no more improving. There was no more suffering, no more pain, no more worrying. No more happiness, no more wishful thinking, no more place for hope. For the third time in his life, he was absolutely sure he was going to die. And for the second, he realized he would never get to lay eyes on Hira again. He would never see her smile, touch her hair, feel her warmth and hear her laughter. He would never yell at her for abandoning him. He felt like he was sinking into the darkness, slowly descending as if he was slowly being drawn to hell, his power being drained from him, even before he was killed, murdered in cold blood, just as his neighbors had been. He was sinking. He was sinking.
His eyes darted to the floor and he barely contained a yell of surprise and shock. He was sinking, sinking down into the floor, his legs barely existing anymore. He no longer felt them, but he knew they would be okay. It was surprising, but there was a sense of calmness to it. Of bliss, even, as if he had just realized something life-changing. His waist was all the way to the floor now and the ninjas had slowed down. Surely, seeing someone sink into the floor would be something surprising, even on sand. But was he going to make it? No… He still was not safe. After the initial shock, the black-wearing ninja realized he might just slip between their fingers, to bring the news of the disaster somewhere else, perhaps to the allies over at the Leaf village. They sped up, they were now running faster, crossing the now short gap between them and him. A katana was thrown away and a salve of kunai was sent towards Kagetora. Something like this would not be a problem, but.. He was sinking to the floor, up to his chest now. He could not move. The kunai drew closer and closer until… with a loud crashing sound, the kunai smashed against a large, metallic hammer that now stood in front of Kagetora’s head, protecting it. Holding it was a tall, burly man with tan skin, long, black hair and a long scar covering the left half of his face.
With nothing more than a nod to acknowledge Kagetora’s presence, the man dropped the hammer and slowly walked towards the ninja. With no wasted movements involved, he defeated the ninja that had just slaughtered dozens of people with nothing but a punch here, a kick there, in less than thirty seconds. This man in front of him, whoever he was, was the strongest person Kagetora had ever come across. One single hand on Kage’s shoulder was enough to dispel whatever technique he had accidentally activated and cause him to pop right out of the floor. Though he was not the talkative type, the man, who called himself Ganjou, asked if he knew somewhere he could stay, somewhere where he’d be alone and somewhere inconspicuous. At once, still awed by his power, Kagetora led him to the cave system he had found a few months back, accidentally, and the place seemed to moderately please the man.
From there on, Kagetora’s life did change. Every day, he would bring Ganjou food, fresh cloths to clean himself and other amenities. In exchange, the man agreed to teach Kagetora how to get stronger. Together, they improved the young man, as he was quickly told by Ganjou that he had been wrongly focusing on Genjutsu when, all along, he should’ve been training his Ninjutsu. According to Ganjou, Kagetora had exhibited more than simply blending into a shadow. Before that event occurred, Kagetora’s whole body had shone with a brilliant light, which was what had caused the attacking Ninja to stop in their tracks. This, according to the large, burly man, was a tell-tale sign of an awakening bloodline, one called Hiton, belonging to a clan that was nothing short of extinct. A few days later, upon bringing the man some new supplies, he was gifted with a scroll, one that imparted knowledge on the clan he seemed to originate from – the Shuhousha clan. Hungrily reading it, Kagetora focused his efforts into mastering and utilizing this newfound power and, with Ganjou’s help, he quickly mastered it.
Though upon finding these new abilities he also uncovered the possibility of utilizing an extra element – Fuuton -, Ninjutsu was not all Kagetora focused on. Learning about his own body over time and training it to the extreme, he worked on his agility and speed, the opposite of Ganjou’s archetype and, quickly enough, he could fight the man toe to toe – even if merely by avoiding being hit by his colossal strength. Though his Taijutsu was nothing worth mentioning, his physical prowess allowed him to master the use of weapons and his speed allowed him to perfectly shift from long range to short range. Under Ganjou, Kagetora studied for a handful of months, never leaving the cave but to retrieve supplies for the man, and spending his whole day pouring over his studies. Whoever this man was, Kagetora had been extremely forturnate to have met and trusted him, something that proved to be the right choice, as the man’s uncanny knowledge, expertise and training methods were nothing short of amazing. Quickly, Kagetora improved far beyond what he had ever thought his... And thus he left once more for the village, leaving the food and supplies behind, as a tribute to the man that had taught him so much and that had helped him realize his full potential.
On his way home, something inside Kagetora changed. He realized how the burly man had always been right. How he had shown him that a powerful will and the wish to achieve something could do miracles. Kagetora was no longer the defenseless, thin kid he once was. He was strong now, stronger than most people knew. But not for long. At least two more times, the black-garbed ninja stroke, always with bigger and bigger numbers and always as the sun fell. They slaughtered and butchered for no more than a few seconds. For the nightfall was Kagetora’s playground and, even before they knew what was happening, from a shadow behind them, a crimson-haired youth would appear, slashing their throats before disappearing once more, ready to strike from the darkness of another’s body. Though these ninja would never manage to break through the village’s defenses, the bodies of the guards that kept being assigned to the gates quickly piled up and, among the future candidates and their families, outrage accumulated.
Understandably, the Raikage dared not fight back, as the identity of these ninja remained unknown and shrouded in nothing but speculation. The village’s defenses still fortified, it was deemed by the council to be impractical to pull Ninja from the many missions assigned to them to stop these attacks, at the risk of further weakening an already weakened Nation. But someone had to defend the village. It was in this small niche that Kagetora, still deemed too weak to be promoted, utilized his newfound power for the good of the people of Kumogakure. Quickly, he became a hero, the village’s sole defender against these attacks, the only one who dared to stand between these secret assailants and the lives of those who protected the village. The council, though reluctantly, were forced to recognize his merit, for within a week, Kagetora was quickly promoted directly to ANBU, leading his own squad - Division 2-S squad, one tailored specifically for him, made from the fastest, stealthiest ninja in the whole organization. Together, they turned the tide. The defended the village and stroke back, driving the invaders off and striking at the core of their own organization – a group of mercenaries that refused to reveal who had hired them, even as blades were plunged into their maimed bodies. Celebrations were had, where the names of the only known warrior of the S squad from the ANBU corps was chanted – Kagetora.
Now, he had power, and he put it to use. With his newly gained influence, he managed to put up a search squad, with the purpose of finding Hira, for one last meeting with the blonde. Deep down inside, he had always had the feeling that she had merely abandoned him. His heart, on the other hand, tried to tell him otherwise – that something had happened, that she had been forced to leave. Something, anything that could explain her leaving would be welcome. With the mission of looking into her departure and current location, they searched far and wide but could not find her current location. Furthermore, official notes of the previous Raikage were found attesting that permission for her leaving had been asked for and granted, which indicated a willing departure. It was discovered, also, that she had been living in the Leaf village but that no more than a month ago, an organized attack like the ones Kumogakure had been experiencing, had hit Konohagakure and resulted in a fair number of casualties. Hira had been seen leaving Konoha, shortly after, any traces of her being lost afterward. Altogether, the proof was undeniable – Hira had left Kumogakure willingly and, having been free to return all along, had not chosen to do so.
The news brought Kagetora spiraling down from the high seat he now sat on. His only hope of finding out that his friend had cared for him all along had been crushed and, at this point, he had absolutely no clue about her reasoning behind abandoning him. The hope that she still, somehow and somewhere, cared for him had been the catalyst for his changes, for becoming strong, and for ending up as Kumogakure’s stalwart defender. Now, bereft of it, he felt empty. For a week, he did not leave his house. He barely ate, he did not shower. And as his appearance deteriorated, so did his inside. His personality changed, his ideals shifted and, in that short week, a new man lived inside this body. His bright, crimson hair did not survive the change. Cutting it short, he dyed it, turning it into a dirty blonde. He was no longer shy, or repressed. He was harsher and wilder, jagged, like a rock that has been harshly eroded by the incisive wind. The village still chanted his name, they still celebrated, but this time around, he drowned in those praises. He could not continue being himself and remain with his sanity, and so he chose to change. And as everyone around him cheered, on the inside, he was no more than a shriveled form of his former self.
But the cheering did not last long, for one last trial presented itself before Kumogakure. Deeply immersed into political instability, as people resented the Yondaime Raikage and the Council itself began to not only attempt to bring in a new Raikage but also undo the previous Raikage’s actions, having murdered the Daimyo and involved himself into a dispute with the leader of the Leaf Village, leading to his untimely death on the battlefield, Kumogakure found that to be their most insignificant problem, as a marching army large enough to engulf the whole village shifted just outside the unfortified wall. And just as the large mass of men garbed in black advanced towards the village gates, their marching shaking the foundations of Kagetora’s home and the spirits of his neighbors, he knew they were doomed. Extremely weakened by the conflicts with Konoha and enveloped in the ensuing chaos, the whole village scrambled as the incoming army was set loose on Kumogakure, about to rampage and demolished everything in front of it, slaughtering all of those who stood in their way. There was no fighting this, not without an equally large army. Most of Kumogakure’s ninja had been either killed in the conflict or stationed away from their home, on leave to accomplish their duties as ninja, now that the mercenary had seemingly been crushed and posed no danger and that the village began to attempt to get back on its feet. But they had been wrong. What they had destroyed was nothing but an outpost, an arm of the true body of the mercenary organization. As things stood, Kumogakure’s handful of Ninja could accomplish nothing but die against the incoming Reaper. Projectiles were thrown in all directions, hitting the unlucky civilians who were caught, and fires began to rage at the entrance of the village, as swords were brought down on anyone who dared attempt to delay the army. Kagetora had to do something - and he no longer feared death. At this point, he had nothing to lose, all of his hopes and dreams shattered. Carefulness turned into recklessness and Kagetora jumped right into the fray, using all his might to draw the attention of the incoming army. Flashy technique after flashy technique, Ninjutsu slowly drew the attention of the masses of men, though the techniques themselves barely affected the whirling mass of destruction, paring but a few dozens. He could not defeat this army here, but had to lure it away from the village. He could give his life to his village and cause the army to become lost, like he once had, in the cave system that slithered under the mountains. Further instigating the men, the now-blond man announced his identify as loud as his lungs allowed him to – for he was Kagetora, destroyer of countless of their units, and the man who was going to slaughter them all.
Lured, a great deal of the army roared and chased after the ANBU, as he made his way through the rocky terrain, towards the nothingness that stood under the craggy exterior of the mountain. For days, the army trailed him, not letting him sleep or rest, as he barely avoided them by utilizing his knowledge of the cave system to always be one step ahead. His body was giving in but he did not give up. One by one, he slaughtered the gigantic unit, emerging from the shadows, pouncing on the terribly lost and consuming their lives. The days passed and the bloodbath continued until finally, after five days, Kagetora emerged from the cave system. Inside, the rocks were covered in red, the corpses of Kumogakure’s enemies littering the floor, some having perished from exhaustion and hunger, but most of them having had their throats slitted, their stomachs pierced or their heads lopped off. Covered in crimson blood, his hair dyed back to its original color, Kagetora had been christened by this feat. He had defended his village and, in doing it, he realized his previous wallowing was nothing short of pathetic. He was strong. People liked him. He was not meant to be immersed in sorrow and despair. No, he was meant for greater things. He was meant to stand on top of the mountains, overseeing the Lightning Country, protecting his home.
He realized, as he made his way back to Kumogakure, his clothes sticking with red glue to his skin and the fog that normally covered this area having been dispelled and revealing the brilliant, shining sun, that his time was now. The political instability was an immensely smaller foe than the army he had just faced and, singlehandedly, he would too fell it. He would not stop for anything. For that day, as he returned home after having bathed for five days in the blood of his enemies, he swore to himself – no one, regardless of who they were and where they came from, would ever lay a single finger or threaten Kumogakure. For as long as he was alive, as long as he had the energy to stand, Kumogakure would reign supreme over any other village or power.
And as he returned home, his neighbors and friends cheering his name and crying, chanting his new title, Shuiro, meaning “crimson”, that would after this day become his last name, he swore to forget his past and live for his village, only. For the people that now acknowledged Shuiro Kagetora and believed in him. In doing so, he soon came to find out that in his absence, a Godaime Raikage had been appointed. Kioku Ame being her name, Kagetora knew her for being a just and fair woman and a leader he would not mind to serve under. Unfortunately, before she could do much more than take up the heavy duty of leading the great Kumogakure, she was suddenly stolen of her life, victim of an acute, unknown illness. An otherwise strong woman suddenly passing away, however, was not an occurrence Kagetora could easily accept, for the strong always survive – just as his life had taught him. Using his influence as well as the unit he lead, he returned to his place in the shadows, observing, gathering information. Leads were scarce but, the more he looked into it, the more obvious it became that this was more than an unfortunate event. It had been planned, an assassination rather than a mysterious illness.
And while the person responsible for it had been more than careful enough to not leave any lead behind, the truth just screamed out to anyone paying enough attention. And to those, like Kagetora, who were held in high favor by certain members of the Kumogakure Council. Inebriating a member and casually bringing up the next candidate for the position of Raikage, the truth was painfully made clear to Kagetora. Only one man could benefit from this. The same man who was, now, being touted to become the Rokudaime Raikage. He had known the person in question solely by his preceding fame, his ruthless ambition and his warped ideals. Still recovering from the conflict the Yondaime Raikage had caused, Kumogakure now prepared itself to nominate and celebrate a man that held the same ideals of chaos and deceit. A man that had to face judgment for the crime he had committed against a good, just woman.
The very night before the official appointment ceremony, as he retracted to his abode after a long day or preparations, Takeda Shingen was made suddenly aware of the presence of three ninja fully garbed in black, who quickly surrounded him. These men, all powerful and highly skilled assassins, emerging silently from the surrounding street, quickly leaped at the young man, kunai and flash bombs in hand – but stood no chance against the one who was to officially become the Raikage, the next day. Ruthlessly, Shingen cut down the three men, effortlessly even, as if they were but three children. Lying in their own pool of blood, the men died pitifully, though not needlessly. For as he sheathed his blade, after having cleaned the blood and faced the bodies of those he had killed, the killer faced the assassin. From the shadow behind him, Kagetora emerged and, with one swift motion before the man could react, he plunged his blade into the back of Shingen’s neck, then pulling it out and slashing his body diagonally.
Exiting the shadows, Kagetora now faced his mark, as he quickly bled out on the floor, his murderous face lying in the dirt. The sacrifice of his unit had not been in vain, for another of Kumogakure’s threats had been brought down. And though they had sacrificed themselves willingly, a tinge of regret took over his being. For while he had been the executioner, he had had no merit in this kill. Kneeling in front of each of the three men, his hand shone brilliantly and, as he touches their faces, their whole visages were seared off, removing any traces of their identities together with their jaws, as Kagetora crushed them. As they had already sacrificed their life, there was no need for them to give up on their honor or tarnish the name of their families. He, Kagetora, would take the full brunt of his actions - not these loyal men. Returning to the Council’s dwellings, he entered their staff room, as they prepared to leave for the day, and faced the three elders, putting it as bluntly as he could.
”Takeda Shingen is no more. I have seen to it personally.”
The next day, the official ceremony for appointing the Raikage was not canceled. It was not even delayed. For as one candidate perished, another rose from the ashes of his corpse. Having been heavily reprimanded by the council the previous day, Kagetora could not have foreseen the turn things would take. Expecting to be punished, he could not help but notice the seeming shade of relief that was mirrored on the expression of at least two of the Council members, as they heard the news. Perhaps this was his punishment, Kagetora thought, as he was brought up to a tall stand, being vigorously announced as the successor to Kioku Ame. Perhaps, for someone else, it would be. But not for Shuiro Kagetora, who had bathed in the blood of his enemies in search for nothing but recognition and safety for his village. And just like that day, Kagetora once more swore to use his life to serve the Cloud Village only, to bring Kumogakure back to the hegemonic position it once held. For the good of the people who were, now, cheering for him, further down below. For the people who would soon depend on him, as their leader. And for himself, as the Rokudaime Raikage.

Kyousha smiled happily, feeling ecstatic just knowing that he was about to do two of the three things he loved the most: enjoying a good meal and hunting. Nightfall was nigh, as the sun hid its glowing glory behind the monstrous mountains that covered the horizon. The puffy, white vessels drifted in the still sea, above, enjoying the dusk-bound breeze. Entering the forest carefully, he noticed several mounts of feces on the plant covered floor, which he recognized as clearly being belonging to a particularly large, male brown bear. He smiled further, as that was precisely the kind of animal he enjoyed to hunt and fight: large, powerful and reckless. He started crawling around, trying to find more clues pertaining to the direction and territory of this male. He found a few fresh bloodstains, which indicated that the bear had just got itself dinner. That also meant he was close by. Hearing a sudden rustling noise, Kyousha crouched and hid behind a large bush. This was where his ability to hide his smell came in handy. He glanced between a few leaves, trying to identify his pursuer, in hopes it was his catch. It was not, however, as in front of him, glaring directly into his eyes, he found a large, gray wolf. The beast’s wide, yellow eyes glared deep into his, as if it was reading Kyousha’s mind, as it started growling.
“Now now, you’re not my prey today, big boy. No need to make a fuss, I’m just passing by…” he whispered softly, smiling towards the wolf. The beast softened its stance and gave one last, proud growl, finally taking it’s eyes off Kyousha and continue walking. He smiled again and got up, starting to walk the opposite direction.
The presence of the wolf made him realize that he was still a little far. Brown bears and wolves had a very special relationship in these areas, avoiding each other completely, as every time they met, bloodshed ensued. He walked for a minute or two, admiring the beauty of the scenery, but paying attention for any leads on his catch. He found some imprints of the bear’s paws as well as large pathways of broken vegetation around these areas, ensuring him that he was on the right path.
“This must be his hunting grounds… Gotta be careful, he’ll be acting very aggressively here” he mumbled to himself, as he kept looking over his shoulder. A loud, angry growl made him look forward as a defensive brown bear was looking at his from his right, its mouth dripping with blood, from the dead deer that laid beneath its frontal paws. “Hello there…” said Kyousha, as his voice trembled with excitement, seeing this specimen. It was indeed beautiful, just over seven feet tall and with a muscular, wide body. Its brown fur was shiny and, around its neck, something similar to a mane could be found. The bear bared it’s bleached fangs, snarling in defense. Despite its size and powerful physique, it was obvious that the bear did not want any confrontation right now. Kyousha lowered his body and got ready to pounce at the brawny, brown bear.
However, his acute hearing got the best of him , as he heard slight wimping and wailing behind the beast. Sticking his head to the side, always feeling the bear’s eyes and hearing its growl, Kyousha saw a couple of cubs, hiding behind the towering titan. He laughed and relaxed his body, at the uncommon sight. Male bears very rarely stayed with their cubs and even killed them, sometimes. This one was indeed a special bear and killing it would be a waste.
“Eh, I guess I’ll have boar for dinner… again… Take care of those little ones, big fella…” he said, smiling, and leaving the scene, seeing, through he corner of his eye, the bear look behind and check if the cubs’ were fine. On his way out of the forest, he spotted a sick, old boar. Approaching the creature, he kneeled over it and patted its back, saying “Here you go, some relief. You lived a full life, complete life. May your death be as good as your life was and may your soul rest in peace, as it returns to the earth and you reincarnate in your full glory. Goodbye” as he quickly and effortlessly snapped the creature’s neck. Picking it up, he placed the creature on his shoulders, carrying it towards his camp. Nightfall had indeed fall, and the starry sky shone like silver, providing a truly beautiful vision. Kyousha smiled and relaxed, as he placed the boar on a stick, over the campfire, and laid on his back, enjoying the natural beauty of the large gemstone people called ‘night sky’.

- Kousokuken – Flash Blade:
Kousokuken is a unique fighting style developed by Shuiro Kagetora. Often regarded by those who’ve seen this style in execution as the pinnacle of swordsmanship, just the surprise factor and sheer speed of this style alone is enough to cause a dent in the opponent’s morale, even going as far as creating openings for further moves and/or techniques. As the name implies, meaning Flash Sword, this fighting style is characterized by utilizing and taking advantage of very particular characteristics that are a staple of Kagetora’s combat characteristics – sheer speed (requires the Lightning Speed SC) and Hiton. The first component of this style, extreme speed, is the key point of this style, serving as the basis for its execution. Already utilizing Kagetora’s phenomenal speed, and by concentrating chakra in a particular limb (almost always his arms), the user lets it well up for a moment, before releasing it all in one go. Using this explosion of chakra, the user floods his muscles and permits for them to release an incredible burst of speed, allowing Kagetora to strike impossibly fast, while keeping the rest of his body (if he so desires) immobile or otherwise moving at his regular speed. By having precise control of the direction, precision and movement of his attack, Kagetora can make his sword or weapon move like the namesake of this technique - a flash. To most people, the most obvious exception being those with augmented vision through possessing the Sharingan or possessing the Lightning Speed SC themselves, the user will strike so fast the movement will not even register. To further this notion, the second part of this style enters the main stage. By utilizing Hiton chakra that is turned into visible light, Kagetora creates a faux image over whatever limb is moving, thus being able to completely hide the hints of his movement, making it so that, to those people, he has never moved at all, allowing him to strike at the target or deflect a blow seemingly without moving. In fact, the speed is so great that the sheer mass of air that is dislodged by these regulars attacks sllow the user to be able to slice through lower ranked Ninjutsu of most elements (C and lower). This style, besides the obvious physical characteristics, has a great psychological effect on most opponents, as it gives the illusion that the user is untouchable or that he can slice and dice his surroundings just by looking at them. For those who possess the Sharingan, the visible illusion will accomplish nothing, as they will still be able to clearly see the user’s limb, thanks to their view of the chakra network. Those with the Lightning Speed SC, additionally, will be able to spot disturbances in the faux image, due to the sheer speed of the limb in question making it extremely hard for this deceitful segment of it to keep up. It is still unlikely, however, that either of them will be able to react in time, unless they are expecting the attack. In terms of requirements, this fighting style requires the use to maintain complete and absolute concentration and focus, or else he will not be able to utilize this fighting style, and it will backfire on him, causing him to still take the toll of the technique and activate the cooldown, even if he did not use it. Additionally, while it does not take an overly significant toll on the user in terms of chakra, it does have a cumulative physical effect on Kagetora. These effects won’t be immediately felt, but as the fight advances and with the recurring use of this technique, Kagetora’s body it will begin to ache greatly and, depending how much this style was used, it may even lead to temporary incapacitation. Additionally, the user will be unable to use any kind of technique that requires handseals while he is concentrating chakra on his limb. To use this style safely, the user may never utilize it more than maximum, 5 times per topic (both in singular movements or when used in techniques), as the taxing on his body increases with each use in the following manner:
- First use – No immediate effect
- Second use – Slight numbing of the limb(s) it was used with
- Third use – Painful aching of the muscles groups it was used in, as these begin to tear and become damaged.
- Fourth use – Increase of the pain felt and moderate muscle tearing
- Fifth use – Severe muscle tearing. Any further usage will cause complete tearing of the muscles and lead to permanent incapacitation if not tended immediately by an experienced medic.
This style has a chakra cost of 25 CP per usage when used by itself and increases the chakra cost of any technique it is included in by 20% (the 25 CP cost no longer applies, in that case, as all of the chakra molding and channeling will be, by default, included in the technique itself). It requires a cool down of 2 post between usages, regardless if these are in a technique or not.
- Tekigou Metal:
Name: Tekigou Metallic Alloy Appearance: From an appearance point of view, the Tekigou metallic alloy has more or less recessive traits. Forced to be part of an alloy with other metals for a practical causes, the alloy containing the Tekigou will always exhibit the traits, from an appearance point of view, of the other metals that are part of the alloy. Description: A unique metallic alloy with an undisclosed formula involving tungsten, titanium and a particularly rare ore existent only near the house of the blacksmith that invented this particular alloy and forges it exclusively, Ganjou. Extremely conductive, Tekigou metal absorbs and incorporates whatever it comes into contact with, as long as it's either liquid or chakra-derived. When being forged, if having a steady and controlled chakra flow channeled through it, the metal will absorb and incorporate it, bonding with it and storing information in it's molecules regarding the particular chakra, identity and nature of the person in question. As it is forged and shaped into it's final form, the metal will incorporate the chakra into every molecule of it's form, shaping itself around it, and basing it's structure on its traits. From that moment onwards, the weapon will react solely to that person, granting him or her control over it's shape. By using the stored information of the user's chakra, it can transform that same chakra into molecules that are copies of those that constitute it, allowing it to increase it's own size, change it's shape, etc. Furthermore, in the case of a liquid, it will absorb and store it inside itself, thus being able to administer its effects as if it was still impregnated with it. Thanks to these two traits, each Tekigou weapon is unique in its ability and the way it works, depending on how it was forged and in the presence of what. By itself, this metal is not particularly sturdy, which means it requires to be put into an alloy with a much stronger metal. As such, to achieve combat-useable weapons, this metal can only be used in A or S ranked weapons.

The hilt is padded and designed to comfortably absorb impacts, as to avoid being uncomfortable to wield. Though long, this weapon is remarkably light, thanks to the material it is made of, allowing the user to wield it with only one hand, as opposed to a normal nodachi. - Spoiler:
Quantity: 1 Storage: Scroll Special Abilities: Made out of an alloy containing Tekigou metal, a rare metal that is highly reactive to chakra and that is capable of absorbing and retaining characteristics of what substances it is infused with, Ukime no Zenchou was forged specially for Kagetora, utilizing his chakra in the very process of forging. This ensures that the blade is deeply connected to him, resonating solely with his chakra and granting him full control of the blade's shape and configuration to the molecular level, by infusing it with chakra, being able to alter the molecular structural composition of the metal alloy, thus altering it's shape. This allows the user to, by feeding the Nodachi with chakra, adjust the weapon's dimensions to his linking, granted that these dimensions are within a defined maximum and minimum parameter of respectively 75 feet and 4 inches in terms of length, 3 inches and half an inch in terms of width and 2 inches and 1/16th of an inch in terms of thickness. The user will, also, be able to freely conduct changes on the blade's shape itself, allowing him to (for example) making the blade curved, assume a 90 degree angle, and so forth. Only one change can be conducted at a time, however, making it so that the sword cannot be stretching and curving at the same time, for example. It can, however, be first stretched and then curved. Due to the very nature of these changes, the sword's structural integrity fluctuates greatly - the maximum spectrum of the dimensions tend to leave it in a more weakened form while the minimum dimensions strengthen it's integrity. The blade is, nonetheless, extremely durable and sturdy, as the Tekigou metal is activated by the chakra coursing through it, being slightly strengthened. Finally, due to the Tekigou metal's unique reactive and absorbent capabilities, the blade is able to inherently absorb and exhibit traits of substances it is impregnated with, such as poisons, corrosive substances, glues, and so on. This is limited to powdery and liquid substances, however, and the process of impregnating the blade occurs in a rather slow, meticulous fashion. This means that one cannot apply a substance to the blade and have it exhibit those properties in the same topic but, rather, the impregnation must happen beforehand in a process requiring of time and concentration. Once impregnated with a substance, that substance will become part of the blade's constitution and, as such, it will be able to exhibit some of it's properties permanently. More than one substance can be impregnated at any time, up to a maximum of 10 substances, but only one can be active at a time. Dimension changes will cause the user to pay a fee of 4 CP for each change and the activation of any given substance will generate a cost of 2 CP on the user. The blade cannot be impregnated with substances of a higher rank than the weapon itself. Absorbed Substances: Name: Kumon no Senku [Herald of Anguish] Rank: A Type: Mid Range - Kusarigama Appearance: Kumon no Senku are a pair of black and silver Kusarigama or, in other words, hand scythes connected by a chain. The scythes are roughly 4 feet in length and with one and a half feet long, curved blades. The chain is 15 feet long, and both the scythes and the chain are made from Tekigou alloy. The tip of the scythes are thicker than the rest of the blade and, thus, weigh more, which ensures that when the scythes are thrown, the exceedingly sharp blade will always go upfront and possibly stab or wound the target. - Spoiler:
Quantity: 2 Storage: Special Abilities: Made out of an alloy containing Tekigou metal, Kumon no Senku was nurtured and infused with Kagetora's chakra during it's forging process, ensuring that it channels and reacts to it excellently. T>his grants Kagetora the ability to freely control the dimensions of the Kusarigama's chain, as well as slightly modify the length of the bladed scythes. As such, the chain can be modified to achieve a maximum length of 10 meter, being that it's minimum length is 30 centimeters. As for the scythes, an increase of a foot can be achieved. Each dimension change costs a fee of 5CP. In the middle of the chain connecting the two scythes, there are two weighed balls that, while normally attached, can be freely detached by infusing them with chakra. Upon doing so (and paying a fee of 2 CP), the two connected scythes will be separated, effectively turning into a pair of weapons, free and independent of each other. By coursing chakra through the chain, once more, the user can freely reattach them together. Additionally to Kagetora's chakra, another substance was preset immediately after the forging, having bathed the metal composing the Kusarigama. This chemical compound binds itself to the neurons' reception areas, overloading and overstimulating the nervous endings, augmenting the transmission of pain and disabling the pain filter these nerves have. In practice, what this means is that when someone is injured by Kumon no Senku, they experience excruciating pain, regardless of the gravity of the wound. Naturally, the more severe the wound, the more pain is felt by the wounded person, as the number of affected nervous endings will be greater. The degree of pain felt varies as such:
- Small cuts and wounds where blood is drawn - Exceedingly powerful feeling of burning pain, feeling of loss of function of the limb or body part in question;
Medium, open wounds - Excruciating pains, capable of causing numbness in the affected area, slight difficulty to focus and muscle cramps; Large, gashing wounds - The pain reaches nigh unbearable levels, capable of causing nausea, difficulty to keep awareness, possibility of losing consciousness, inability to channel chakra to the affected area.
The pain experienced, regardless of the degree of the wound or amount of pain, is felt for two posts, before the body of the afflicted person manages to react to it and filter the chemical out.
- S ranked:
Name: Teishou Kujaku [Humming Peacock] Rank: S Type: Close Range - Sword Appearance: A regular-looking 5 feet long Katana with a 4 foot long blade. The hilt is mostly white with black bas-relief and with a golden, round guard. The scabbard, opposite to the hilt, is almost entirely black with a single, white bas-relief line running down it's entire length, as well as silver detailing at the end of it. The blade is a polished, shining white metal color, matching the hilt, and both the blade and the scabbard are made of a light, yet resistant metallic alloy containing equal parts of a mixture of beryllium and nickel as well as Tekigou metal, a rare metal that is highly reactive to chakra and that is capable of absorbing and retaining characteristics of what substances it is infused with, giving it great tensile strength and making it night indestructible, as well as granting it unique abilities when infused with Shuiro Kagetora's chakra, which the blade was infused with during it's forging. After having it's Fūinjutsu activated, the weapon's appearance changes drastically. In this stated, called the Unbound State, both the hilt and the guard vanish completely, leaving only a transfigured blade - it takes on the shape of eight 10 feet long, thing appendages completely made out of the same metal alloy as the blade. These appendages are grouped into two sets of four which are connected at the base, base which upon the Unbound state being activated rests on the user's shoulder blades, grafted into his skin. These appendages are fully made of sharp squared metal blades and one large, scythe-like blade on the end. Each of these sections and blades are connected by small metal junctions that work just like the articulations in the human body, allowing each little square to turn to its own side. Being almost a blade in their own right, each of these little square and the scythes will exhibit the same abilities and qualities that the Bound Teishou Kujaku does. By channeling chakra through these appendages, the user will be able to control the 8 appendages as he wills, as if they were actual parts of his body, like arms or tails. Due to the concentration this requires, however, the user will be unable to utilize any S ranked Ninjutsu, Eijutsu or similar techiques while the Teishou Kujaku is in it's Unbound state. - Spoiler:
Bound - Unbound - Quantity: 1 Storage: Left hip, inside its scabbard, attached to Kagetora's sash or belt. The scabbard is removable at will. Special Abilities: This weapon's peculiar name comes from the equally peculiar set of abilities it possesses. First and foremost, when chakra is channeled through the highly reactive blade of this sword, every molecule of the blade starts to gently vibrate, being that vibration stronger on the bladed edges and becoming duller as it approaches the center of the blade. This has two notorious side effects. The first is that since the blade’s edges are vibrating at extremely high speed, it will have no difficulty whatsoever to pierce, stab and cut through most materials, even when it’s not being used on the offensive and is used to parry or block something. The second side effect is a low, humming sound caused by the vibration, which gives this blade the first part of its name. Secondly, the amount of chakra channeled through the blade can be increased, through a payment of 8 CP per post, which causes the vibration of the blade to take a new form. At this point, the blade will begin to undulate, causing it to create two after images of itself, when swung, which are nigh indistinguishable from the original, seeing as they're accomplished by the variance and movement of the blade itself. This will not only confuse the target, but possibly lead him to attempt to block one of the afterimages, instead of the real blade, causing him to take the full brunt of the attack or being left open for another, follow-up attack. Finally, the Teishou Kujaku possesses a C ranked Fūinjutsu Seal applied to it, one that was put into place upon it's forging, by the master blacksmith that was commissioned for it. When this seal is stimulated by having Kagetora's chakra course through it, the seal will be activated, changing the blade from it's Bound state to it's Unbound state. For this process to occur, Kagetora's blood must be smeared on the weapon's blade, working as a medium for the blade's future positioning. As the seal is related, the blade is placed against the user's bare back, causing it to be grafted into the user's skin, as it changes shape. This results in the blade becoming melded into the user's skin, making it extremely difficult to remove through normal means while, on the other hand, ensuring that the user is left with two wounds in the location where the base of the two sets of appendages are located, after the blade is Bound once more, wounds which more likely than not require medical attention, though not life threatening by themselves. In this Unbound state, the appendages possess the two other abilities the Bound Teishou Kujaku possesses, though the vibration and, consequently the humming noise, are significantly stronger. This noise can prove to be highly distracting, making focusing and concentrating harder for anyone in the vicinity of the user. It is this Unbound state's shape, resembling a peacock's feathered tail, that grants the blade the second part of it's name. The Unbound state can be cancelled by reactivating the seal, turning the sword back into it's regular Katana shape.

Ninja Arts - Raiton Jutsu:
- Canon & Open:
Name: Raitoningu no Kenshutsu - Lightning Detection Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu, Village Technique Range: Close (0 - 5m) Element: Raiton Description: Raitoningu no Kenshutsu is a ninjutsu technique utilizing the lightning element. After performing the required handseals the Hidden Cloud member will be able to send out a pulse of lightning, covering a radius of five meters with the user being at the center. The dome - like lightning will allow the user to detect any chakra - enhanced traps, people, animals or weapons coming at them from blind spots. This can only be used once per post and anyone who is caught in the pulse will feel a tingling sensation covering their entire body. It's use is to ensure that safety is always maintained for the Kumogakure shinobi. Chakra Cost: 8 Name: Raiton Bunshin no Jutsu - Lightning Clone Technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m) Element: Raiton Description: Raiton Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes electricity to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Raiton Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target, but none utilizing chakra. The range of the clone is limited however, it can not travel further than 10 meters from the original body. If the Raiton Bunshin is injured, the clone will disperse in a discharge of electricity with no offensive capabilities. Chakra Cost: 7 (Per clone) Restrictions:
- No weapons, armor, or equipment can be replicated to have above C-rank quality.
- Replicated explosive notes, explosive kunai, explosive senbon, and exploding pouches are inert and cannot be set off.
- Custom:
Name: Seidenki Seikou [Static Mark] Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Range: Short [0-5m] Element: Raiton Description: A simple technique that serves as a precursor to Kijineidan, it only requires a boar handseal and can be applied nearly instantly afterward. To apply this technique, the user must touch the wanted targets with either hand, touch which can either be a punch, a slap or even a simple grazing of the fingers - which means, any kind of touch will work. Upon this physical touch occurring, a minute, unnoticeable, positive electric charge will be left on the dermis of the opponents, remaining active up to five posts after being delivered, before dissipating on its own. While present, this charge has absolutely no use besides being a beacon to give the user the opportunity to utilize a multitude of techniques. If contact isn't made in the post the boar handseal is used to activate the technique, the chakra put forth for this technique is lost. Any person besides the user that is touched during this post is invariably marked. Chakra Cost: 10 CP cost
Name: Seidenki Shouken [Static Bond] Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Range: Long [0 - 15m] Element: Raiton Description: After marking an opponent with Seidenki Seikou, the user can utilize this technique as follow up. By mustering Raiton natured chakra in either of their hands and extending it towards the marked opponent, the user will release the chakra in a forward motion, towards the enemy. From the user's hand, a long rope made of lightning will erupt, aiming and being attracted to the nearest person that has been marked. If this lightning happens to touch the person in question, it will flash brilliantly, for an instant, and connect, thus wrapping itself around the target's body, tightly biding their arms against their body (if applicable) and not only restraining them but also allowing the user to use it to pull the target to him or fling him against an object. This rope will, also, deliver a small dose of electricity to the target's body, numbing it slightly and making it harder to move. This rope will remain conjured for two posts. Chakra Cost: 12 CP cost 5 CP upkeep
Name: Seitekihei [Static Wall] Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Range: Mid [0 - 15m] Element: Raiton Description: By mustering Raiton natured chakra and released it with a handful of handseals, the user of this technique will create a large dome made out of pure lightning that encircles a diameter of 20 meters with the user either at the center or at the very edge (inside or outside). This dome is constructed from lightning that courses through the entirety of the barriers' form, between two thin layers of semi-rigid chakra and has a maximum height of 65 feet at the center. The semi-rigid portion of the barrier will offer resistance to anyone trying to cross it but this resistance can easily be broken by those with the Strength SC. When such a thing happens, however, the person responsible will be able to pass through the barrier, being shocked by the might of the barrier in the process and suffering widespread second degree burns, as well as experiencing difficulty to move, thus slowing their movement for two posts. This dome lasts for 3 posts before being dismissed, although the user can dismiss it at will, with a simple boar handseal. Chakra Cost: 24 CP
Name: Souteitaba [Binding Coil] Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Range: Long [0 - 20m] Element: Raiton Description: After a few handseals, the user will gather Raiton natured chakra on his palms. Then, slamming the chakra-filled palms on the floor, the user will channel that chakra through the ground to a point roughly 10 meters away from the user. This chakra will then erupt, taking the form of a multitude of semi-physical, powerful, 5 meter long electric ropes, akin to high voltage cables, that will shoot forth and attempt to wrap themselves around anyone within 10 meters of the center point. Being semi-physical only, these ropes are easily broken, needing only for the target to tug on them slightly beyond their 5 meter length to cause them to break. While these ropes do little more than causing difficulty to move to whoever they are holding down, thanks to the powerful electrical current, their true usefulness comes with what happens once they are broken. When these ropes are broken, whether by the target utilizing a technique to cut through them, neutralizing them or simply attempting to leave their 5 meter area of effect, their whole energy is released, coursing through the target's body, causing widespread second degree burns and paralyzing the target for one post. These ropes last for 2 posts and, if unbroken until then, will simply dissipate without effect. Chakra Cost: 22 CP
Name: Seitekino [Static Field] Rank:A Type: Ninjutsu Range: Mid [0 - 10m} Element: Raiton Description: By doing a string of handseals, the user covers his body in Raiton natured chakra that, then, he turns into a powerful electric charge. This electric charge, lingering all around the user's body, is highly reactant to chakra and, thus, will release a small portion of itself to the surrounding vicinity. As such, whenever Kagetora utilizes a Ninjutsu technique while Seitekino is active, anyone within a 10 meter diameter will be subjected to a small electrical shock, causing their whole body to experience significant numbness, searing pains as well as mild paralysis, that makes it difficult to move and slows down physical reactions. This technique has a duration of 4 posts and, while it persists after the turn it is used in, it does not require a maintenance cost to be paid, as the initial cost covers for the totality of the electricity produced. It does cost, however, an extra 2 CP each time this technique automatically activates on its own. Chakra Cost: 20 CP cost, 2 CP cost per activation (automatic)
Name: Doudensei Kouyou [Conductivity Enhancement] Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: Raiton Description: Immediately before being hit with a Raiton technique, the user can quickly use a boar handseal. By doing so, the user creates a small electrical current that cover his whole body. When being hit by an attack of such a nature, this electrical current will not only slightly shield the user from the oncoming electrical surge but also absorb some of it's electricity, in the process. This offers a small degree of protection against other Raiton natured attacks, causing the damage to be received from such attacks to be reduced by one rank. Furthermore, with the electricity absorbed from the incoming Raiton attack, the next Raiton technique utilized by Kagetora will be bumped up by one rank, in terms of damage. The absorbed electrical charge can only last for two posts before dissipating. This technique can only apply to B ranked or lower techniques, from both a defensive and an offensive perspective. Chakra Cost: 25 CP
Name: Enkoraiden [Arc Lightning] Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Range: Long [0 - 20m] Element: Raiton Description: After doing the appropriate sequence of handseals, the user will gather and concentrate a large amount of Raiton natured chakra. This chakra, upon being fired from one of the user's hand, will take the form of a lightning bolt, streaking across the battlefield at very high speeds but in a straight line. What is particularly interesting about this lightning is that it is a channeled technique, which means that the lightning is not simply fired, but rather maintained for the remainder of the duration of the post it was used. This allows for the lightning to jump from target to target, after hitting the original one, damaging anyone in the vicinity of the original strike. These jumps only occur if the secondary targets are within 10 meters of distance to the original target, at which distance it will be rather difficult for the secondary targets to avoid being hit. This technique electrocutes the targets, causing localized third degree burns (on the point of direct impact with the targets) and widespread second degree burns, especially on the extremities. This technique can only make a maximum of four jumps, thus hitting five people at the most (including the original target), and can jump between the same targets until the 4 jumps have been accomplished. If this technique hits a single target and there are no valid targets within the appropriate range, no jumps will be accomplished and, instead, the remaining electrical charge that would compose the lightning during the jumps will remain on the original target, causing him or her to experience paralysis for the remainder of the post. Seeing as the user must channel this technique for the whole post, they are unable to use any other technique for the remainder of that post, after this one is activated. If any of the targets are marked with Seidenki Seikou, the lightning from this technique will be invariably drawn to them. Chakra Cost: 25 CP
Name: Tamashuurai [Ball Lightning] Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Range: Long [0 - 100 m] Element: Raiton Description: After 10 handseals, the user takes a step in any direction and exudes a large amount of Raiton natured chakra, chakra which envelops the user in a casing of raw lightning. Inside this ball of lightning that is roughly 6 feet in diameter, the user of this technique will become part of the lightning, as the ball will shoot forth in the direction the initial step was taken, traveling at a very high speed. The ball of lightning can only travel in a straight line and only for 20 meters in one go, though for each usage of this technique, the user is able to travel a total of 5 times (if the user decides to travel a distance shorter than 20 meters, it will still count as one jump). If the ball of lightning passes within 5 feet of anyone, they will suffer third degree burns and be momentarily paralyzed for the remainder of the post, and if it collides with anyone, they will suffer from the same effects plus a great deal of internal trauma, due to the kinetic force of this technique, which leads to a possible death. While inside the ball of lightning, the user will be impervious to Raiton natured techniques as well as Doton techniques, but he will have his vision impaired, being unable to visibly discern his pathing or his target. Thankfully, however, this technique's physical prowess is equally to be feared and, as such, it can easily pierce through most obstacles, continuing onwards unfettered. This technique has a 1 post cooldown. Chakra Cost: 23 CP
Name: Hadouken [Surge Fist] Rank: S Type: Ninjutsu Range: Mid [0 - 10m] Element: Raiton Description: Also simply known as ‘Hadouken’, this technique was developed by Shuiro Kagetora with the purpose of, in some occasions, making up for the fact that he does not possess a high physical strength. The user will focus chakra on one of his hands and, when the desired quantity is achieved, the user will change its nature to lightning. Then, this lightning is compressed and gains the form of a ball. The user will then close his hands and squeeze the ball, further compressing it and, suddenly, decompress it, causing it to envelop his hand and augmenting it. At this point, the user can use this technique in two possible ways. The first way is to simply punch an opponent with his hand enveloped by the lightning. Since the lightning heats up the surrounding air to an extremely high temperature, when the user punches forward, the heat will pair up with the friction caused by the motion, resulting in the user's hand igniting into flames, which leads to the Kagetora's fist to be further enveloped by a second, outer layer, this time of fire. This way, the area of effect from the punch will be greater (two feet of diameter around the user’s hand) and will cause further damage. If the user hits the target with the punch, he will more than likely punch through him or her, creating a large hole or ripping limbs off if those are the target. The punched area will become immediately cauterized due to the heat and the immediate surrounding area will receive fourth degree burns, making that area unable to be healed or recovered easily, except by the best medical ninja. The second application is ranged, instead of melee. After the user’s hand is enveloped by the extremely strong lightning, the user may punch forward, towards the user, and unleash a burst of chakra, from his hand. That way, the lightning current will be shot forward in a straight line, at a high speed and due to the friction of the air and heating properties of the lightning, the second layer of fire will still be created, this time being larger and stronger (three feet radius). Due to the speed of the fire/lightning orb, it will be quite hard to dodge, specially at short ranges, and due to its power and heat, nearly impossible to block. While possessing less blunt power and, thus, being incapable of piercing through an opponent, the sheer destructive force of this second version far outweighs the first one's. Upon hitting a target or a hard surface, the elemental projectile will explode violently, releasing all of it's chakra and energy, in the form of an energetic explosion of fire and lighting that burns and electrifies all of those within 7 meters of the point of impact. Those hit by the explosion, in the outer range of it (between 5 and 7 meters away from the point of impact) will suffer third degree burns and widespread tissue and nervous damage, thanks to the powerful electrical current, while those who are positioned in the inner core of the explosion (between 2 and 5m) will experience life-threatening burns and electrocution that if not tended to immediately by an experienced medical practitioner will most likely lead to death. Those who are hit head on by the projectile or are within 2 meters of it's point of explosion will be instantly killed. Besides the effects this technique has on the opponents, it too damages the user. Despite the fact that a thin layer of chakra is created between the user's hand and the elemental attack, as protection, it will still cause damage to his hand, leaving it very numb and fairly burned, causing him to have a hard time doing particularly long strings of handseals after it, making the process slower and painful. Furthermore, this technique cannot be kept in standby (i.e. enveloping his hand before punching through the opponent or launching it forward) for longer than one post, at risk of irreparably damaging the user's hand. This technique has a cooldown of 5 posts and can only be used twice per topic. Chakra Cost: 36 CP
Name: Soshibusou: Tenshinmuchi [Armament of the Elements: Divine Will's Scourge] Rank: S Type: Ninjutsu Range: Short [0 - 5m] Element: Raiton Description: After a few handseals, the user of this technique will muster and begin gathering Raiton natured chakra in the palm of either of his hands. Here, this chakra will begin to consolidate into a shape to the liking of the user. In this particular case, the chakra will take up the shape of a 12 foot long whip made out of pure lightning, as if the user was holding to an electrified high voltage cable. This whip, though made out of lightning, has semi-physical properties, which means that it can physically hit the potential target, just like it can be blocked with physical means. Upon hitting a target, and depending on the strength with which it is flung and waved, it can cause deep, gashing wounds on whatever body part it hits, wounds which can be serious enough to turn a limb unusable (if it is hit full on) or pose an immediate threat to the target's life (as a result of being hit multiple times). The whip is charged with an extremely potent electrical current that can have a multitude of effects on whoever it strikes. If the hits are grazing ones, it will briefly numb the body part that was hit. If hit full on, however, the target will experience a paralyzing effect that quickly spreads through their body, leaving them immobile for a few seconds, while experiencing excruciating and debilitating pain. If the whip, however, manages to keep contact with the target's body for a whole post, without being nullified or interrupted, it will deliver an extremely strong electrical shock with enough amperage to cause the target to go into cardiac arrest, thus resulting in the possibility of death. This weapon can also be simply whipped on the air, causing a small electrical charged sonic boom that shocks anyone within 5 meters of it, leading to momentary muscle spasms and numbness that hinders movement for the rest of the post. Though moderately protected through a chakra barrier that is part of the whip itself, holding this whip causes the user to experience a tingling feeling in the hand as well as numbness that persists for a couple of posts after the weapon is dispelled. This weapon cannot be maintained for longer than 5 posts and requires a cooldown of 3 posts. The user cannot utilize any handseal-requiring technique while maintaining this whip. If the weapon leaves the user's hand, it will be instantly dismissed. Chakra Cost: 38 CP cost, 9 CP upkeep
Name: Kijineidan [ Fierce God's Decisive Judgement] Rank: S Type: Ninjutsu, Kinjutsu Range: Long [0 - 50m] Element: Raiton Description: By channeling and exuding a humongous amount of chakra into the environment, after a string of handseals, the user of this technique will begin to let his exuded chakra turn into a powerful electrical charge. Throughout the duration of one, full post, this process will be permanent, thus disabling Kagetora from utilizing any other handseal-requiring technique. After this preparation post, the user will condense all of the released electricity into a turbulent mass of extremely powerful, negative electrical currents that cover an area of 50 meters around the initial point of release. After set up, the user can activate this technique with a string of ten handseals, causing the electrical currents to synch up and join each other, becoming a powerful electrical surge. At this point, from the sky, the electrical surge will come crashing down, in the form of massive lightning bolts that will be invariably attracted to positive charges. As such, anyone that has been marked with Seidenki Seikou and is under the area of effect of the technique will become a target to these thunder strikes, as the negative charged lightning are powerfully attracted to the positively charged marks. For those who are marked, this technique is borderline impossible to dodge and extremely hard to block, due to the sheer power and speed of the lightning. If no one is marked, however, this technique is utterly useless, as the electric charge will merely linger and dissipate without striking anyone, lacking a charge to be attracted to. Anyone hit with this technique will have the mark removed from them prematurely. This technique requires a three post cooldown and can only be use twice per topic. Chakra Cost: 45 CP
- Fūton Jutsu:
- Canon & Open:
Name: Kaze no Yaiba - Sword of Wind Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: Fūton (Wind) Description: This technique is a pinpoint slashing strike, where the user emits chakra from their fingertips and materializes it into an invisible sword that assaults the enemy in a gust of wind and making a slicing sound. It leaves very deep slashes on the enemy. Chakra Cost: 20 (5 per post)
- Custom:
Name: Shinkuutai Gouhei [Air Pocket Consolidation] Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Range: Long [0 - 20m] Element: Fūton Description: After a single Snake handseal, the user will focus and gather his chakra on a particular point in space, within the range of this technique. On that point, and thanks to the chakra's effect, the air will condense in such a way that it becomes semi-solid, allowing the user to interact with it as if it was a platform or any other physical object. These constructs of dense wind can have up to 10 feet of width, height and depth and last for up to 4 posts, unless the user dismisses them before time. Chakra Cost: 10 CP
Name: Shinkuu no Kirikata [Way of the Cutting Vacuum] Rank:A Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: Fūton Description: After a string of handseals, the user will muster up and cover his body with Fūton natured chakra. This chakra will, then, form a thin layer around and clinging to the user's skin and change it's nature and shape to microscopical blades made out of wind. This layer of cutting wind is kept in constant motion, flowing from the front of the user to his back. This, thanks to both the motion inherent to the layer and the small blades, literally allow the user to cut through whatever medium they're moving through, eliminating most of the drag force and friction placed upon the user's body, when moving at a high speed. While moving at the surface of the earth, the medium being regular air, the effect of this technique is barely noticeable, in terms of full-body moving speed. However, when it comes to the speed with which the user physically hits an opponent (throwing punches and kicks or flinging a weapon, for example), it is significantly increased, which in turn doubles the strength of physical attacks executed while affected by this technique. When in a thicker medium, like water or a very dense gaseous medium, this barrier will allow the user to move at normal speed, without being slowed or suffering from the extra friction caused by the increased density of the medium. In this situation, however, the increase in strength will not be verified, as the user will be merely using the barrier to keep his regular speed, which equals regular strength. While providing no defense against no kind of damage, this barrier of cutting wind will, however, deal damage to anyone who touches it, seeing as the user's body is covered in blades of wind. This technique can last up to six posts before needing to be reapplied. Chakra Cost: 22 CP cost, 5 CP Upkeep
Name: Kizusaishi [Rending Filament] Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Range: Mid [0 - 10m] Element: Fūton Description: Mustering Fūton natured chakra, the user condenses it into creating 10 long tendrils made out of extremely thin, sharp wind. These tendrils, which have a default length of 5 meters but can be extended and shortened at will, up to double their default length, start on the user's wrist, as if they were attached to it, and can be maneuvered to a degree by minute and precise wrist movements, as well as the user's own chakra manipulation, allowing for a better control over their usage, including movements such as lashing, sweeping, flinging, converging and diverging motions. Due to being made out of wind and being very thin, these threads are extremely sharp, being able to cut through mostly every material with ease, as well as through ninjutsu of B rank or lower (except fire, which must be C rank or lower). They offer no defense, however, against techniques of the same rank, simply passing through them. These tendrils last for 5 posts and have a 1 post cooldown. Chakra Cost: 24 CP, 5 CP upkeep
Name: Genshi Kaimetsu [Weaving Threads's Raze] Rank: S Type: Ninjutsu Range: Long [0 - 20m] Element: Fūton Description: An upgraded version of Kizusaishi. The user musters and gathers chakra to the palms of his hands and, then, slams them on the ground. From the floor, 3 feet ahead of the point of impact of the user's hands, a formation of dozens of wind-made, extremely thin and sharp chakra tendrils will form itself. Covering a decently large area (20 meter dome around the target, called Dome Formation, or a 10 meter by 10 meter rectangular mesh made out of these tendrils, called Mesh Formation), these tendrils will threaten to slice and dice through anyone foolish enough to dare come into contact with them, as well as ninjutsu that is A ranked or lower (except fire, which can be B ranked at most). If conjured with the Dome Formation, it can be progressively tightened until it becomes close enough to the target to slowly cut through him or her. The user can instantly and freely change between the two formations, though this costs an extra 5 CP to accomplish. This technique lasts for 5 posts and has a 2 post cooldown. Chakra Cost: 35 CP cost, 8 CP upkeep
Name: Soshibusou: Tenyuubouheki [Armament of the Elements: Divine Grace's Bullwark] Rank: S Type: Ninjutsu Range: Long [0 - 20m] Element: Fūton Description: After a few handseals, the user of this technique will muster and begin gathering Fūton natured chakra in the palm of either of his hands. Here, this chakra will begin to consolidate into a shape to the liking of the user. In this particular case, the chakra will take up the shape of a four foot tall, three foot wide semi-triangular shaped shield of a convex nature, which can be increased in size to total dimensions of 9 foot height and 7 foot width, with an ornamental tiger head inscribed in the frontal surface of the shield. Being made out of transformed Fūton chakra, this shield is composed of powerful, controlled wind gusts which are all constantly flowing and moving in the same, particular direction, originating from the frontal center of the shield and moving outwards along the surface of it. Though being semi-physical and, thus, possessing a certain degree of physical resistance, it is this movement that allows for the shield to accomplish its defensive duty - when hit with a ninjutsu attack or a physical attack, instead of merely blocking the move, these powerful gale-force winds redirect the strike sideways, forcing it to pass around the user of this technique, who stands in the eye of the tornado. This permits for a defense that does not negate or destroy the incoming attacks and, rather, redirects their force elsewhere, permitting for this technique to be extremely effective regardless of what technique it is against. The gale-made shield is capable of redirecting A ranked and lower Ninjutsu, Taijutsu and Weaponry attacks, but is dismissed upon redirecting an S ranked technique, utilizing all of it's power to do so (with the exception of Katon techniques, which will fulfill these requirements with one rank lower). This shied can be maintained up to 5 posts and requires a 3 post cooldown. The user cannot utilize any handseal-requiring technique while maintaining the shield. If this armament leaves the user's hand, it will be instantly dismissed. Chakra Cost: 38 CP cost, 9 CP upkeep ten thin wires made out of super sharp wind, with a maximum length of 20 meters each, though this length is adjustable by the user, shortening or increasing it's length at will. Each of these wires will be assigned to one of the user's fingers, to which they will be attached to. From this position, the user can freely utilize their chakra to manipulate them to their liking, as if they were chakra strings utilized to manipulate puppets, except their other end remains unattached, allowing Kagetora to use them to seek out, snare, envelop or merely lash at targets of their choosing. These strings, due to their elemental nature, being composed of microscopical, sharp wind blades, as well as their extreme thinness, have the power to cut through most matter with ease. Additionally, Kagetora can slam his hands on the floor, forcing the wires to go underground, only to reemerge a few feet ahead, in the formation of a 15 foot wide and 15 foot tall mesh made out of these strings, capable of stopping A and lower ranked projectiles as well as anyone attempting to go through it, by chopping them up.

- Hiton Jutsu:
- Clan:
Name: Shinkokan [True Perception] Rank: C Ranked Type: Bloodline, Ninjutsu, Clan Technique Range: Close [0m] Element: None Description: A basic technique belonging to the Shuhousha clan bloodline. By focusing some Hiton chakra in and around the user's eyes, the Shuhousha clan member is able to unlock the full potential of their vision. After being activated (only necessary to pay the activation cost once per topic), the user will gain the ability to visually perceive the different types of electromagnetic radiation, from radio waves to X rays. Each of these types will be slightly tinted with a different color and, thus, the user of this technique will be able to differentiate between them. This technique is also selective, which means that the user can also chose to eliminate his ability to see certain types of electromagnetic radiation for the remainder of the post, allowing him to focus on the one(s) he can still see. The different types of radiation will assume the following colors:
- Radio - Light Green
- Microwaves - Yellow
- Infrared - Crimson
- Visible light - Bright White
- Ultraviolet - Magenta
- X rays - Cyan
Chakra Cost: 9 CP Activation cost; 3 CP per post used. Name: Kyoka [Torchlight] Rank: C - B Type: Bloodline, Ninjutsu, Clan Technique Range: Long [0 - 20m] Element: Hiton Description: After some handseals, the user focuses his Hiton chakra on the palm of one of his hands. Then, converting it into visible light, the user will cause a bright light to shine forth from his palm, illuminating that which is in front of it or potentially blinding anyone who looks directly at it or has it shine in his eyes. At C rank, this technique is about as luminous as a regular flashlight, being able to illuminate a room easily, while still causing mild discomfort to onlookers and blinding them for as long as they look at it. At B rank, it will be as strong as a large floodlight, shining it's powerful light and illuminating a large cone-shaped area up to 20 meters in front of the user and, when shone directly at someone, causes them to be unable to see for one (farther than 10 meters away) to two (10 meters or closer) posts, as well as causing mild pain to their eyes. If the user closes his hand during the usage of this technique, the light will stop shining, but the upkeep cost will still be paid until the technique is deactivated. This technique can last up to 3 posts. If the opponent closes his eyes to avoid the light, they will feel mild discomfort but, otherwise, suffer no blinding effect. Chakra Cost: 5 CP cost, 2 CP upkeep (C ranked); 14 CP cost, 4 CP upkeep (B ranked) Name: Kakoumyaku [Firelight Pulse] Rank: B Type: Bloodline, Ninjutsu, Clan Technique Range: Long [0 - 40m] Element: Hiton Description: After a required string of five handseals, the user will muster forth Hiton natured chakra to one of his hands, focusing it there. After enough chakra has been amassed, the user will apply nature transformation to it, turning it into a glowing ball of visible light that then he hurls into the sky. There, the ball will become stationary at around 35 meters of height, illuminating its surroundings while providing vision in an 50 meter diameter around it, remaining in this position for 5 posts, until all the chakra embedded into is spent. If the user of this technique so wills, however, he can spend the additional activation cost to cause this ball of light to explode. When this happens, the ball of light will quickly release all of its remaining chakra in the form of strong pulses of visible light that blind anyone inside its illumination area of effect for one post. The number of blinding pulses will be equal to the number of posts the ball still has left to be up, and their blindness effect can stack up to a maximum of 3 posts of blindness. If the opponent closes his eyes as to avoid the flashes of light, he or she will go through mild discomfort and have difficulty opening their eyes during and immediately after the flashes are over but, otherwise, will not experience any lasting blinding effect. Chakra Cost: 10 CP cost, 8 CP activation Name: Taiyoute [Solar Hand] Rank: B Type: Bloodline, Ninjutsu, Clan Technique Range: Close [0m] Element: Hiton Description: By focusing and expelling Hiton natured chakra from one of his hands, the user of this technique will be able to transform this chakra into a potent radiation of infrared waves. The infrared waves will cause a high level of heat in the vicinity of the user's hand and, upon touching an enemy, this radiation will sear the target's flesh, causing localized second degree burns that can potentially become third degree if the user maintains the contact with the target for long enough (one whole post). While the infrared waves will not be visible, the heat around the user's hand will cause the air to swirl, which gives the enemy a visual indication of what might be going on. This technique has a maximum duration of three posts, requiring a one post cooldown in between usages. When used for the whole duration of three posts in one usage, the user will suffer minor first degree burns in their own hand. Chakra Cost: 13 CP cost, 3 CP upkeep Name: Kagekitasu [Shadowbringer] Rank: A Type: Bloodline, Ninjutsu, Clan Technique Range: Long [0 - 30m] Element:Hiton Description: By expanding his Hiton natured chakra all around an area with roughly 30 meters of diameter, the user will be able to create a selective, permeating barrier made out of the Hiton chakra around the target area. While non physical, this barrier interacts with the visible light already existent inside it and, utilizing the chakra used to create the barrier to capture the photons that constitute visible light, this barrier will remove it from the inside, expelling it towards the outside. The result of this is an extremely bright, blinding appearance of the barrier, from the outside, while the inside will be left in complete darkness. While this isn't true complete darkness, the leftover lux illuminance levels are low enough that no regular human can receive enough light to be able to see, thus remaining in utter darkness. Seeing as the barrier is not physical, anything or anyone is free to enter and leaver the barrier. Any light entering this barrier that is not from the Hiton element will be extinguished and absorbed immediately by the selective barrier. This technique can last up to 4 posts, requiring a two post cooldown before being applied again. Chakra Cost: 25 CP cost, 5 CP upkeep Name: Nisshou no Seisui [Sunlight's Purity] Rank: A Type: Bloodline, Ninjutsu, Clan Technique Range: N/A Element: Hiton Description: The user manipulates and focuses Hiton natured chakra throughout their whole body, creating a layer of this kind of chakra around their skin. Upon the activation of this layer, through a Ram handseal, the chakra will turn itself into a source of visible light waves, shining intensely from every inch of the user's body. While this technique has no effect other than producing this intense light emanating from the user's whole body, this light alone is enough to blind any unfortunate onlooker, as well as causing mild pain to their eyes, due to the sheer intensity of the light. This blinding effect will still apply to the target up to 30 meters of distance. This technique can last up to 5 posts, before needing to be put through a cooldown of 2 posts where it becomes unusable. The user can, however, put this technique on hold, putting it on standby, causing the light to stop being emitted as well as avoiding to pay the upkeep cost for that post. This will also allow them to utilize the brilliant light to cause an intermittent effect, prone to causing mild dizziness and strong headaches to anyone looking towards the user, by successively turning it on and off. The total amount of active and standby posts can never, however, exceed 5 posts. No techniques requiring handseals are useable while this technique stays in effect (unless it is on standby). The blindness duration varies according to the target's proximity to the user in the following manner:
- Closer than 10m - 2 posts
- Between 10 and 20m - 1 post
- More than 20m - Strictly as long as the target is looking at the target, leaving no lasting blindness
If the target manages to close their eyes as to avoid the blinding light, they will still suffer a blinding effect for the duration of one post, if they are at 10 meters or closer to the source. If they are further away, they will experience mild discomfort and be momentarily blinded for as long as the light is shining directly in their eyes, though having no lasting effect. Chakra Cost: 22 CP cost, 5 CP upkeep Name: Kagayaki no Shouheki [Radiance's Enclosing Wall] Rank: A Type: Bloodline, Ninjutsu, Clan Technique Range: Close [0 - 5m] Element: Hiton Description: By expelling Hiton natured chakra from his body and condensing into the shape of a five meter diameter dome around his body, the Shuhousha clan member will create a rigid, solid barrier made out of raw Hiton chakra that can withstand Taijutsu, Weaponry or Ninjutsu attacks up to B rank. Upon its destruction, this barrier will have its chakra destabilized, causing it to rapidly convert itself to visible light as well as infrared radiation, causing an explosion that generates a strong, blinding flash of visible light as well as a heat wave. This explosion will cause anyone within 12 meters of the barrier to be blinded for one post, as well as anyone within up to 7 meters to suffer second degree burns on whatever patches of skin they have exposed. This barrier can negate an B ranked Taijutsu, Weaponry or Ninjutsu attack or three C ranked Taijutsu, Weaponry or Ninjutsu attacks before going through its destruction process. It has a maximum duration of three posts. If the opponent chooses to close their eyes as to avoid the blinding flash, they will still experience a one post blindness as long as they are 10 meters or closer to the source. If they are further away, however, they will only experience mild discomfort and find it hard to open their eyes while facing the light source directly. Chakra Cost: 23 CP cost, 5 upkeep Name: Juusei Teishi [Star Suspension] Rank: A Type: Bloodline, Ninjutsu, Clan Technique Range: Long [0 - 20m] Element: Hiton Description: By exuding and concentrating his Hiton chakra around the target, the Shuhousha clan member will be able to condense this chakra into the form of 6 balls made out of visible light, with approximately 10 inches of diameter each. These balls of light, being created around the target, will remain afloat next to the target and they will also be naturally drawn to be in the vicinity of his chakra. Thus, as he moves, so will they, in an attempt to follow the target ninja, while moving at the standard speed of an A ranked ninja, making it entirely possible for faster moving ninjas to leave them behind momentarily, as they continue to attempt to catch up. With a single Rat handseal, the user will be able to detonate one of the balls selectively or, otherwise, using a Tiger handseal, he will be able to cause all of the balls to explode simultaneously. This explosion is triggered by a small release of chakra from the user, that destabilizes the otherwise stable balls of light. Upon exploding, each of these balls will cause a small flash of light that will blind those nearby (10 meters) but also release a relatively considerate amount of heat that can cause up to second degree burns, if close enough to the target (5 meters). If the opponent chooses to close his or hers eyes to try to avoid the blinding flash of light, they will still experience a one post blindness duration as long as they are 10 meters from the source of the light. If further away, however, they will only experience mild discomfort and find it hard to open their eyes while they are facing the light source directly. Chakra Cost: 22 CP cost, 2 CP activation cost (individually, per ball) OR 6 CP activation cost (total, if all balls are activated at once) Name: Hiton Bunshin no Jutsu [Light Clone Technique] Rank: S Type: Bloodline, Ninjutsu, Clan Technique Range: N/A Element: Hiton Description: This Bunshin technique is one that is somewhere in between regular elemental Bunshin and elemental Kage Bunshin, while still having significant differences. The main one being that this technique does not create a physical Bunshin and, as such, it is not a true Bunshin. Rather, it is a projection of the user that is made out of Hiton chakra, one that must be controlled by the user himself and that has the main purpose of attempting to distract the target. As such, Hiton Bunshin does not require the user to divide his chakra with the clone in question, and instead the chakra invested into creating it becomes its chakra pool. This chakra can, then, be used by the Shuhousha clan member to utilize techniques with equal or lower cost to this technique's cost, until the total amount of 35 CP is expended, through the clone. While doing so, it will give the impression to the target that it's the clone that is using the technique while, in fact, the clan member is merely channeling his chakra through the clone, to create techniques. Not being a physical clone, this Bunshin cannot utilize any physical technique but, at the same time, will be completely impervious to incoming strictly physical moves. When hit with an S ranked Ninjutsu or two A ranked Ninjutsu (as well as augmented Taijutsu and Weaponry of the aforementioned ranks), this clone will disperse and, upon its destruction, it will cause a small visible light and infrared explosion capable of causing third degree burns to anyone within 5 meters of it, as well as a strong blinding light that can leave the target blinded for 3 posts (5 meters or closer), 2 posts (between 5 and 15 meters) or 1 post (between 15 and 25 meters). If the clone is dispersed through chakra exhaustion, however, no explosion will occur, as there will not be leftover chakra to fuel it. If the opponent chooses to close his or hers eyes to try to avoid the blinding flash of light, they will still experience a two post blindness duration as long as they are 5 meters or closer from the source of the light or a one post blindness if they are between 6 and 10 meters from the source. If further away, however, they will only experience mild discomfort and find it hard to open their eyes while they are facing the light source directly. Chakra Cost: 35 CP cost
- Personal:
Name: Hiton: Kawarimi no Jutsu [Light Release: Body Replacement Technique] Rank: C Type: Bloodline, Ninjutsu Range: Mid [0 - 10m] Element: Hiton Description: A variation of the regular Body Replacement Technique. After performing a tiger seal, this technique allows the user to alter places in a speedy manner with another nearby object. This is done mere seconds before an attack lands, thus making the attacker believe his or her attack was a success. Whatever object was used to alter places will receive the brunt of the enemy’s attack instead. The object that the user switches with must be preset somewhere else in the thread, meaning that the object must have received specific mention previously in the thread. This variation allows the user to release a burst of Hiton natured chakra upon changing locations with the object, causing a bright flash of light. This flash of light will blind anyone in a 10 meter distance of it for the duration of one post and, furthermore, will serve to cover the user's movement and subsequent location, allowing the user of this technique to more effectively hide and gain a tactical advantage over the enemy, after executing the switch. Chakra Cost: 8 CP
Name: Genwaku Senkou [Blinding Flash] Rank: B Type: Bloodline, Ninjutsu Range: Mid [0 - 10m} Element: Hiton Description: The user gathers Hiton natured chakra in his palms or his fingers and concentrates it. By slapping both of his palms together or snapping his fingers, on either hand, the user releases this pent up chakra in the form of a powerful blinding flash. Anyone within a 10 meter range of this technique will be blinded by the powerful light, suffering from it until the user's next post. Chakra Cost: 10 CP
Name: Shoumei [Divine Call] Rank: B Type: Bloodline, Ninjutsu Range: Long [0 - 50m] Element: Hiton Description: By spreading and releasing Hiton natured chakra from his entire body, Kagetora will shift the chakra into highly energetic and strong electromagnetic waves in the frequency range betwen 20 Hz and 20000 Hz, by the use of a handful of handseals. These waves will, in turn, cause a mechanical vibrations in the air, on the same frequency range, that then can be picked up by the human auditory system. In practice, what this results in is a low pitched humming noise that is lough enough to consume and drown out nearly other noises, filling the battlefield with it. This sound, also, is loud enough to cause mild pain to whoever is in the vicinity, though Kagetora is more or less used to it's effect and, thus, is able to brush it off as long as it's not used for prolonged durations (longer than two posts in a row). This technique, after being initially used, can be kept up indefinitely, though the user is equally free to suspend it without fully cancelling it. While suspended, the technique will require no upkeep cost and can be reactivated with a simple Ram seal. The total amount of posts during which this technique is active and inactive, together, can never be over 5. Chakra Cost: 12 CP cost, 3 CP upkeep
Name: Shakoukitasu [Shadebringer] Rank: B Type: Bloodline, Ninjutsu Range: Long [0- 30m] Element: Hiton Description: A variation of the Kagekitasu and, in a way, it's predecessor. Working in the same manner as the Kagekitasu, the user will begin by expanding his Hiton natured chakra all around an area with roughly 30 meters of diameter, creating a selective, permeating barrier made out of the Hiton chakra around the target area. While non physical, this barrier interacts with the visible light already existent inside it and, utilizing the chakra used to create the barrier to capture the photons that constitute visible light, this barrier will remove it from the inside, expelling it towards the outside, as well as keeping those outside from entering the inner core of the barrier. The result of this is a completely opaque wall, from the outside, while the inside has most of it's light stolen away, as if a large body stood between it and the sun. This effectively creates an area, inside, that is completely shrouded in shadows, making it hard for the people inside to perceive movements and positioning of everyone else, as well as increasingly tiring the eyes of those inside. This technique can last up to 5 posts, requiring a one post cooldown before being applied again. Chakra Cost: 15 CP cost, 3 CP upkeep
Name: Kenraniramu [Glare of Brilliance] Rank: A Type: Bloodline, Ninjutsu Range: Mid [0 - 10m] Element: Hiton Description: After a string of 7 handseals, the user will muster and focus Hiton natured chakra on their eyes, creating an extremely condensed layer just outside of it. From henceforth, and up to a maximum duration of 5 posts, this layers will remain present on the user's eye, without any further cost. While this thin layer has absolutely no passive effects, when activated with a Ram handseal, this condensed layer will burst outwards, turning into a powerful stream of visible light, emanating from the user's eyes and forwards in a cone shaped direction. Anyone caught by this powerful light may experience varying degrees of pain to their eyes, as well as a lasting blinding effect, depending on how close they were to the user's eyes. If the opponent is farther than 5 meters away, they will suffer no lasting blindness, merely being unable to look directly at the user's face. If they are between 2 meters and 5 meters, they will experience a 2 post blindness duration, accompanied by a mild pain. If, however, they are closer than 2 meters, the blindness will last for a total of 3 posts and the pain will be excruciating, possibly momentarily incapacitating the target and causing him or her to stagger backwards and close their eyes instinctively. Once this technique is activated, the chakra layer will be destroyed, thus forcing the user to utilize this jutsu once more, if they wish. Chakra Cost: 20 CP cost, 5 CP activation
Name: Totsumenkyougakure no Jutsu [Convex Lens Camouflage Technique] Rank: A Type: Bloodline, Ninjutsu Range: Close [0 - 5m] Element: Hiton Description: A slightly different version of the prevalent Meisai Gakure no Jutsu. Basing himself on the previously named widespread technique and adapting it to his mastery over the Light Release as to improve the technique's camouflaging capabilities, the user will be able to completely hide himself from view, becoming completely invisible. By bending the light around his body as if a convex lens was around it, causing the light waves to completely circumvent the user and, then, converge once more on the other side as if the user did not stand in the middle, Kagetora is able to project the image of whatever is behind him ahead of him instead. This makes it impossible for anyone without advanced sensing capabilities or a chakra-seeing Doujutsu to perceive the user's location, as he is hiding inside a visual blindspot or void. Additionally, being free to fully manipulate the visible light, this technique can either be extended in a dome-like formation (of a maximum of 5 meters of diameter) or simply be applied to any other person or object, granted that they are at a 10 meter distance or closer to Kagetora. Only one instance of this technique can be in effect at any given time. Chakra Cost: 25 CP cost, 5 CP upkeep
Name: Hizashikitsui [Shaft of the Ardent Sun] Rank: A-S Type: Bloodline, Ninjutsu Range: Long [0 - 75m] Element: Hiton Description: By channeling and focusing Hiton chakra unto his finger (A rank) or hand (S rank) for the duration of one post, during which he cannot utilize any handseal-requiring techniques, the user will create a mass of highly concentrated visible light. Differently from normal visible light, which disperses upon release, this amalgam of photons is highly coordinated, all of them being fired in the same direction, at the same speed and with the same wavelength. The result is an extremely condensed beam of light, otherwise known as a laser, that travels in a straight line for a very long distance, before losing its power. This laser has the thickness of the user's finger (A rank) or the user's open hand (S rank), depending on which version is utilized, and is a deep blue in color, the most exothermic color of the range, thus additionally making it rather difficult to see properly during the day. Upon hitting a surface, living or otherwise, chances are this powerful condensed laser will pierce right through, unfazed, leaving a gaping cauterized hole behind. As such, it is very deadly when aimed at a vulnerable body part and moves at an extremely fast speed, making it hard to dodge. If one has enough warning of it's coming, however (by for example, being at a far enough distance), it shouldn't be impossible for someone with a high speed to move out of the way. The wound left behind by this technique, due to being cauterized, is particularly challenging to heal by most medical ninja. It has a one post cooldown between usages. Chakra Cost: 25 CP (A), 35 CP (S)
Name: Soshibusou: Tenkengitou [Armament of the Elements: Divine Punishment's Ceremonial Sword] Rank: S Type: Bloodline, Ninjutsu Range: Short [0 - 5m] Element: Hiton Description: After a few handseals, the user of this technique will muster and begin gathering Hiton natured chakra in the palm of either of his hands. Here, this chakra will begin to consolidate into a shape to the liking of the user. In this particular case, the chakra will take up the shape of a broadsword with a total length of 50 inches, 40 of which are strictly the blade. This sword, being made exclusively out of Hiton chakra that has been transformed into electromagnetic radiation (visible light, infrared waves and ultraviolet rays), takes advantage of it's composition to pose a significant threat to anyone who it touches. The visible light portion of the extremely thing blade's constitution, unlike regular light that is diffused and dispersed, is highly concentrated and all of it's composing photons share the same wavelength and direction, turning the blade into a deadly, searing laser, together with its infrared and ultraviolet radiation that further complete it's composition. In practical terms, what this means is that while this sword has no true physical form, it is not sharp and cannot cut, in the literal sense of the word, just as it cannot block any kind of attack (as well as being unable to be blocked by strictly physical means). Upon touching an opponent, however, the blade of the sword will use its highly energetic form to cleave through whatever body part it goes against, being able to cut it right off, cauterizing the leftover wound immediately, or causing third degree burns if merely touching an opponent. Despite it not possessing physical form, thanks to the user's affinity for the electromagnetic radiation he himself created with his chakra, Kagetora is still able to wield it as if it was physical, as well as taking advantage of the fact that the hilt is mostly composed of regular visible light, causing no damage. Additionally, anyone that looks directly at this blade, within a range of 8 or less meters, will be momentarily blinded, as if suffering the glare from looking at the sun directly. The sword can be manifested for a total of 5 posts, needing a 3 post cooldown in between. While wielding it, the user cannot utilize any sort of handseal-requiring Ninjutsu. If this sword somehow leaves the user's hand, it immediately dissipates. Chakra Cost: 38 CP cost, 9 CP upkeep
Name:Oumenkyougi [Concave Lens Deception] Rank: S Type: Bloodline, Ninjutsu Range: Long [0 - 20m] Element: Hiton Description: By mustering and expelling Hiton natured chakra, the user of this technique forms and creates an effect similar to a concave lens around a particular area or a target opponent. Upon visible light passing through this intangible layer of Hiton chakra, the concave effect will cause the light rays to diverge slightly, having it's position and direction displaced, before reaching the other side of it. In practical terms, what this causes is a desynch between the positions of where the objects and people actually are, on the outside of the technique, and the positions the target(s) inside the technique perceive them to be. While the surrounding environment does not have its position affected, due to being largely immobile, any moving object or person will be perceived as being three meters to the left, the right, forward or backward. The direction in which this desynch occurs is decided by the user of this technique and, with a simply Ram handseal, they can change the direction at will. Due to the layer of chakra surrounding the given area and providing a means of confusion, even Sensor ninja will have a difficulty discerning the true positioning of the user of this technique, though any other ninja will be senses as easily as in other situations. As for Chakra-seeing Doujutsu users, their capability will also be largely ineffective, as they will merely perceive the chakra of people on the other side of the barrier in their fake position and not in the real position, as the very light their eyes utilize to see as far as the chakra pathways is being displaced. This technique can only be kept to a maximum of 5 posts at a time and needs a cooldown of 2 posts in between usages. Furthermore, no handseal-requiring Ninjutsu can be used while this technique is active, due to the focus it requires from the user. Chakra Cost: 35 CP cost, 9 CP upkeep
Name: Mabushii Senmetsu [Radiant Extermination] Rank: S Type: Bloodline, Ninjutsu Range: Long [0 - 200m] Element: Hiton Description: By focusing on it, Kagetora will begin mustering and concentrating chakra throughout his whole body. While still inside, this chakra will be slowly converted to electromagnetic radiation of the highest frequency, possessing extremely high amounts of energy and power. Together with this chakra, the user's remaining life force will be invested on this technique, turning into these radiations as well, augmenting it's power immensely. After a post of gathering energy, the user will focus the gathered energy immediately under their skin, throughout their whole body. Then, in one fell swoop, all of the energy is released in a burst of extremely powerful electromagnetic waves of all kinds, including microwaves, infrared waves, visible light, ultraviolet light and x-rays, that seeps out of the user's every pore, nearly instantly covers the whole area of effect of this technique, a diameter of 200 meters. Due to the nature of the composition of this blast of radiation, it has the power to cause damage through both extremely high heat as well as chemical alterations and mutations to living beings it encounters, effectively obliterating any and every living thing in its path. While leaving structures and the general environment more or less untouched, this area of effect will be devoid of life, effect that will persist for a decently long period of time after the usage of this technique. Despite the fact that this technique does not particularly have a high cost in terms of chakra when compared to its destructive power, the user must give their life in exchange for successfully utilize this technique. Chakra Cost: 38 CP
Name: Hiyakushin [Sunstrike] Rank: S Type: Bloodline, Ninjutsu Range: Long [0 - 100m] Element: Hiton Description: By executing a complex and long handseal sequence, Kagetora slowly releases chakra into the environment surrounding him. Over the course of the next post, the user of this technique will be unable to execute any other kind of handseal-requiring technique, as he slowly builds up and releases the necessary amount of Hiton natured chakra to execute this technique. During this inactivity post, the chakra will slowly rise in the air and begin to stabilize once it reaches the height of approximately 300 meters. There, it will fall in on itself and condense, starting to form a see-through, circular-shaped, lens-like structure with 100 meters of diameter that, due to it's nature, will be invisible from the ground level. After formed, the user will be free to continue combating normally as, for the next three posts, the lens will slowly absorb natural sunlight and decompose it's own chakra into visible light, infrared waves, ultraviolet and x-rays. On the fifth post after this technique was initiated, it will be ready for use (being able to remain in standby for a total of 3 extra posts) and, with a simple Ram handseal, the user will precipitate the activation of the technique. At this time, the rest of the Hiton natured chakra will turn itself into the three previously mentioned types of electromagnetic radiation and burst forward violently, releasing a 50 meter wide beam of pure electromagnetic radiation that obliterates anything living in it's path, thanks to it's multiple wave constitution. Being composed of electromagnetic radiation exclusively, this beam of energy is highy energetic and very fast, providing little to no chance of someone being able to dodge or avoid it, unless they are near the outward limit of the area of effect of this technique, and making blocking it an impossible feat. Upon passing through with a living thing, the infrared waves will scorch it while the ultraviolet and x-rays will quickly alter it's chemical and molecular composition, leading to a swift and moderately painful death. To start off this technique, the user will need to be at the center of the area of effect of this technique and, to activate it, he needs to be inside the 100 meter area of effect. This technique requires utmost concentration and, as such, will leave the user mildly fatigued after activating it, disabling him from mustering and utilizing any chakra-needing technique for two posts. Kagetora, being of the Shuhousha clan and, thus, possessing a minor resistance to all types of electromagnetic radiation, especially ones created through his own chakra, is capable of surviving being hit by this technique. He would require, however, immediate medical attention, being left on the verge of death. This technique can only be used once per topic. Chakra Cost: 45 CP creation cost, 10 CP activation cost, 5 CP upkeep for each post the technique is kept on standby

Name: Kagejizou: Gouryuu [Shadow Phase: Mingle] Rank: S Type: Bloodline, Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: Hiton Description: A spiritual successor to the teachings of the KYOBU stealth training, requiring the Stealth SC to be useable, this technique utilizes the user's Hiton light-manipulating abilities to take it even further. By mustering and concentrating Hiton natured chakra all over his body, Kagetora will begin shifting it's nature to photons. In doing so, and granted that at least one of his body parts is in contact with a shadow, Kagetora's body will slips inside the shadow he is touching, becoming part of it. While inside, Kagetora will be undetectable except by those who possess chakra-vieweing Doujutsu, his chakra signature will be suppressed and he will be impervious to most types of damage while, at the same time, being unable to utilize any type of chakra-channeling technique besides those relating to Kagejizou and simple activations of techniques and traps already put into place. Movement inside the shadows, though at the user's normal speed, is more or less restricted, being that the user can only move inside the range of the shadow he entered and any other shadow that is connected to it. If the shadow the user is immersed in disappears through natural means (such as the shifting from day to night, complete darkness taking over the location, etc) or through the effect of A ranked or higher techniques with him inside for longer than one post (2 posts or longer), the user will be forced to reform and return to his physical form, thus cancelling the technique entirely. The process of entering the shadows takes up the rest of the post, whenever it is utilized, and thus cannot be followed up by any immediate attack. The user can leave this technique at will, without any cost, granted that a shadow still exists in the location he is in. This technique can only be upkept for 5 posts in succession (not counting the post is it initially activated in) and has a 2 post cooldown. Kagejizou: Shisen must be used every two posts, otherwise this technique will be cancelled (not counting the original post this technique was applied in, which means that on the 2nd and 4th posts of duration of this technique, Shisen must be forcefully used). This technique only works on natural shadows or shadows created through Hiton-natured techniques, leaving shadows infused with someone else's chakra (such as the case of Ninjas belonging to the Nara clan) completely unusable. Complete darkness will also disable the use of this technique, as shadows require light to be created. Chakra Cost: 39 CP cost, 9 CP upkeep
Name: Kagejizou: Shisen [Shadow Phase: Glance] Rank: A Type: Bloodline, Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: Hiton Description: A technique that can only be activated when Kagetora is phased into a shadow, utilizing the Kagejizou: Gouryuu technique. By briefly concentrating his chakra on a part of his body, Kagetora will be able to manifest a part of his body on the outside world, from inside the shadow. In the brief moment that Kagetora manifests outside, he is free to attack (and be attacked) whatever target he may see fit before being swiftly drawn into the shadow once more, but his ability to channel chakra will still be restricted, meaning that Ninjutsu, Eijutsu and other similar techniques will only be accessible if they are B ranked or lower. This technique can be utilized to manifest any degree of Kagetora's body, from merely his hand to his whole body, with the exception of the body part that originally was in contact with the shadow when Kagejizou: Gouryuu was cast. Kagejizou: Shisen is an ephemeral technique, which means that the user must resurface and reenter the shadow in the same post. When utilizing this technique, any friend or foe within a 9 meter radius of the location of the user's appearance will experience the feeling of a powerful killing intent, as if they are being watched and about to be murdered. While this feeling will not grant them any knowledge about the direction, origin or nature of the possible incoming attack, it will give them a short warning that some sort of event is about to occur. This technique does not refresh or otherwise change the duration of the original Kagejizou: Gouryuu technique, but must be used every two posts of the original technique's duration, otherwise the original Kagejizou: Gouryuu technique will be cancelled and the user forcefully ejected. Chakra Cost: 24 CP

Name: Kumogakure no Jutsu - Hidden Cloud Technique Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu, Village Technique Range: Close (0 - 5m), Med (5 - 10m) Element: - Description: Kumogakure no Jutsu is a ninjutsu technique utilizing no element. A technique that imitates that of the Kirigakure no Jutsu, once the user has performed the required handseals they will be able to call upon a thick and heavy cloud that will appear almost out of nowhere. The cloud will be able to cover a ten meter radius around the user and only the user is able to sense where others lurk within the cloud. Those with doujutsu or chakra sensing techniques are also able to see through this thick cloud but without any aid, then you'll be blind within the cloud. If a C - Rank or above Fūton technique is activated, then the cloud will be blown away
Name: Chakra Kyuuin Jutsu - Chakra Absorption Technique Rank: C-S Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: After activating the technique, the user's hand will glow with chakra. When he or she touches his or her palm on his or her opponents body, the user can withdraw the physical and spiritual energy out of them. By reducing their chakra, it greatly increases the user’s advantage over his or her opponent. Chakra Cost: Costs the User: C (5) | Takes From Target: D (4) Costs the User: B (10) | Takes From Target: C (9) Costs the User: A (20) | Takes From Target: B (15) Costs the User: S (35) | Takes From Target: A (25)

Name: Tekigou Koshou [Adaptable Call] Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close [0 - 25m] Element: N/A Description: By reaching out to a Tekigou piece of equipment with chakra, the user can smear blood on their hand and slam their palms together. In doing so, the equipment that was reached out to will be instantly summoned to the user's hands, regardless of the type of equipment. This piece of equipment has to be within 25 meters of the user for this technique to be applicable, and only one piece of equipment can be summoned at a time (unless it is part of a set, at which point it will be speficied in the set itself). Chakra Cost: 7 CP Name: Tekigou Kasei [Adaptable Metamorphosis] Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close [0 - 2m] Element: N/A Description: By having the user's chakra channeled through it, the Tekigou metal will change shape slightly. In doing so, its edges will become either sawed, extremely sharp or violently sprout 6 inch spikes in all directions. This can be selectively applied to any piece of equipment that is made from Tekigou metal, even if this part of the weapon is not normally sharp or sawed, and can be used at any time as long as the user of this technique is touching the weapon in question. Chakra Cost: 12 CP Name: Tekigou Kousei [Adaptable Regeneration] Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close [0 - 2m] Element: N/A Description: By having the user's chakra channeled through it, the Tekigou metal inside the piece of equipment will use this chakra, incorporating it into itself, and utilizing it to clone and create more molecules that constitute it. In doing so, in practice, what this does is create more Tekigou metal that, then, ca be used to repair the particular piece of equipment this technique is used on, as long as it's made out of Tekigou Metal. The degree of the damage the piece of equipment sustained will define for how long this technique needs to be used and the duration necessary to fully repair the weapon. These durations go as follows:
- Scratches, dents and other minor damage - The damage is repaired in one usage and in the same post the technique is used on;
- Cracks, fissures and other moderate damage - Two posts, including the one where this technique was activated (activation post plus one upkeep post);
- Shattering, breaking or high damage - Three posts, including the one where this technique was activated (activation post plus two upkeep posts).
Chakra Cost: 20 CP activation, 5 CP upkeep Name: Shirahadori [Blade Grasp] Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close [0 - 2m] Element: N/A Description: A very advanced technique with it's basis on the user's mastery and vast knowledge in the field of Bukijutsu, Shirahadori offers the user a near perfect defense against other Weaponry users, with it's own set of dangers. By charging the user’s hands with chakra and turning it into a moving flow of chakra, the user is able to catch between his hands or fingers mostly any type weapon (swords of all shapes and sizes, axes, scythes, projectile weapons, staffs, nunchaku, etc.), or even the target’s limbs, if Kagetora is being attacked. By utilizing the two moving flows of chakra created on the user's hands or fingers, the user will be able to negate the momentum of the opponent's attack, completely stopping their weapon. Then, the user may use further chakra to hold down the weapon, making it completely immobile, as if it became glued to the user's hands or fingers, resisting whatever struggle the opponent may attempt to put up in order to release their weapon. If the opponents attack or weapon is charged with chakra, it will be weakened and stopped but the chakra will be completely unaffected, still damage the user. The same is true when facing opponents that possess the Ferocious Strength SC, making it so that the user cannot completely stop the oncoming attacks but, rather, merely weaken them. Opponents that possess the Herculean Strength SC will see their attacks completely unaffected by this technique. Shirahadori, while very effective, has the blatant weakness of forcing the user to put himself in harm's way, in order to attempt to grab whatever weapon they are being attacked with, instead of merely dodging or blocking it. While the weapon is being held by the user, no Ninjutsu techniques (other than Hadachi) can be used. Chakra Cost: 25 CP, 5 CP for every post a weapon is held by the user Name: Hadachi [Blade Severing] Rank: A - S Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close [0 - 2m] Element: N/A Description: A very advanced technique with it's basis on the user's mastery and vast knowledge in the field of Bukijutsu, Hadachi is Shirahadori's counterpart and natural continuation. Using Kagetora's bare hands, this technique (in conjunctions with Shirahadori) aims to disarm an opponent, disabling their weapon fighting skills in doing so. Only available to be performed immediately after Shirahadori, when the user has the opponent's weapon in their hands, Hadachi begins with the user charging their hands with chakra, adding it unto the flowing chakra already present from the Shirahadori, compressing and intensifying it. This chakra will then be turned into two opposing forces, one in each hand or finger holding the opponent's weapon, and shaped into vice-grip like formations that can be augmented with Futon chakra, to sharpen it. With this portion in place, the chakra will begin to exerts it's force over the imprisoned weapon, weakening it's structure, by applying two contradicting forces. Then, with a brisk movement of the hands, the user will clamp down with the chakra and immediately twist their wrists, shattering, breaking or cutting through whatever weapon was being held by them. The higher quality the weapon, the harder this technique will be to accomplish but, regardless, the end result is generally always the same. Hadachi has the same basic weaknesses of Shirahadori, being forcefully used after it, and can only be used again after a five post cooldown. The A ranked version of this technique is useable on B and lower ranked weapons only, while the S Ranked version can be used on A and S ranked weapons. Chakra Cost: 22 CP (A); 36 CP (S)

Physical Arts - Bukijutsu:
- Canon & Open:
N/A
- Custom:
Name: Gouzen Hyo [Roaring Leopard] Rank: B Type: Weaponry Range: Close [0 - 5m] Element: N/A Description: A technique utilizing a single-bladed weapon, like a sword. The user begins by concentrating chakra in the hand holding the unsheathed weapon and then, in an instant, the user sheathes his sword, transferring all the accumulated chakra into the hilt of the sword, causing it to pass to the blade and, consequently, to the sheathe. That will cause a horizontal chakra shockwave with 6 feet of width and 2 feet of height to erupt from the back of the sheathe, in the same direction that the user's back is facing, potentially damaging and knocking back anyone attempting to surprise the user from behind. This technique can also be performed with any of the user's elemental natures, which adds an extra effect to the attack.
- Futon: Sharp shockwave, able to cut through things easily and capable of leaving deep, gashing wounds on targets hit;
- Raiton: Electrified shockwave that shocks whoever it touches, knocking them back and momentarily paralyzing them, making it hard for them to move for the remainder of the post;
- Hiton: Shockwave made out of visible light as well as normal chakra, that has the regular effect of the non-elemental version, with the added effect of blinding anyone behind the user and within 5 meters of his position for one post.
Chakra Cost: 10 CP Name: Sensui Hayabusa [Diving Peregrine Falcon] Rank: B Type: Weaponry Range: Mid [0 - 10m] Element: N/A Description: The user jumps backwards into the air, performing a backflip, and uses a wall, a platform, or any other solid surface to step on. In doing so, he will reverse his momentum from the backwards jump to a forward momentum, shooting forward at a high speed towards the intended target and slashing outwards with a cutting weapon, potentially causing high damage to the target, if it hits. The start of the technique can be adapted to make this technique more versatile, as long as the forward momentum is achieved. Chakra Cost: 12 CP Name: Hishou Hayabusa [Soaring Peregrine Falcon] Rank: A Type: Weaponry Range: Mid [0 - 10m] Element: N/A Description: This is a technique that intends to take advantage of the lack of mobility from an airborne opponent. After having the opponent jump in the air or forcing him or her upwards with any sort of attack, the user will focus a great amount of chakra in their legs and, suddenly releasing it, will shoot forth towards the enemy, with exceptional speed, jumping on the last second. In this fashion, the user will pass by the enemy with great speed, slashing with a bladed weapon outwards, causing a deep gashing wound, in the torso or abdominal area if it hits. As soon as the user lands from performing this attack, he will use chakra on the sole of his feet to stop his movement immediately and completely invert the momentum, firing towards the target once more, slashing at him again, repeating this cycle before the opponent can recover from the first attack. This attack is repeated a third time, accomplishing three powerful slashing attacks in a very short interval, before executing a fourth final attack. For the fourth iteration, the user will reverse his momentum one last time and, jumping high into the air, above the still airborne target, Kagetora will execute two forward somersaults and, utilizing the centrifugal force, carry out a final, downward slash in hopes of finishing the target. This technique is quite lethal and very difficult to avoid once the target is airborne, as even if they manage to block the first strike, the subsequent ones undoubtedly prove very difficult to handle. The last slashing attack is powerful enough to, in extreme cases, cleave the target clean in two. This technique is rather exhausting and, as such, has a 2 post cooldown. Chakra Cost: 20 CP Name: Senkoumouko [Piercing Fierce Tiger] Rank: A Type: Weaponry Range: Long [0 - 15m] Element: N/A Description: To perform this technique, the user will first switch his stance momentarily. The user holds the tip of the hilt of his weapon with his right hand and positions his left hand at the tip of the weapon, with his left arm stretched and his right arm pulled back. The right foot is positioned under the right hand, or even ahead of it, and the left foot is positioned under the left hand, while charging chakra in both his right hand and foot. Then, when the user is ready, he will lean back, unleash the chakra in his right foot and push forward, charging at the enemy with great speed. Finally, when the user is in range, he will instantly unleash the chakra in his hand and thrust forward, at an amazing speed, aiming to impale the target with his raised weapon. If the user misses, for any reason, he can quickly shift the path of the blade and horizontally slash at the target’s neck. This attack either aims at the chest area or the head of the target and is extremely dangerous, particularly due to the sheer speed with which it is performed. Chakra Cost: 22 CP Name: Endai Senkoumouko – [Grand Piercing Fierce Tiger] Rank: A Type: Weaponry Range: Close [0 - 3m] Element: N/A Description: A more versatile variation of the regular Senkoumouko that allows for a greater deal of maneuverability. Unlike the regular Piercing Fierce Tiger technique, the Grand variation does not require any special preparation of footwork or stance, being only used at pointblank range. Using his full upper torso strength, and by gathering and unleashing chakra from his hand, the user can pierce through the enemy at an alarming speed and without warning. This technique is very hard to block and is certainly deadly, if it hits either the head of chest area, which is where it aims. Due to the nature of the variation, it is more tiring than the original Senkoumouko, requiring a cooldown of 2 posts between usages. Though being strictly a weaponry technique, this can also be utilized without any weapon, the user thus utilizing his hand to pierce through the target, instead, at a risk of suffering from collateral damage. Chakra Cost: 24 CP Name: Kaikyou Koutai - [Channel Shift] Rank: A Type: Weaponry Range: Close [0 - 5m] Element: Varies Description: By channeling his elemental chakra of a particular nature through a weapon, the user can grant it an effect, depending on which nature it is. For Raiton, the weapon will have it's piercing power augmented, as well as delivering a powerful chock when it strikes an enemy, paralyzing the stricken area for one post and numbing/slowing its movement for another two. If Futon is the utilized nature, the chakra will coat the weapon in a powerful gale force, increasing the weapon's sharpness significantly and allowing it to create small gusts of wind each time the weapon is flung or swung, granted that it doesn't strike a surface or isn't blocked. These gusts have a maximum range of 7 meters and can deliver moderate, widespread cutting damage as well as possibly causing the target to lose it's balance. If Hiton is channeled through the weapon, it will begin to shine brightly, blinding and hurting the eyes of those who look at it. Additionally, it will cause a blinding flash to be manifested that blinds onlookers for 1 post, whenever the weapon is blocked or parried. These effects last for 4 posts and while only one is activated when the technique is cast, the user can switched the active one for any of the other two, instantly, and as many times as he wishes, paying a fee of 4 CP for each change (for example, if the chosen effect is Raiton, the user can pay 4 CP to switch it to Hiton, at any point of the duration of the technique). Additionally, for a one-time fee of 12 CP, the user is able to activate a second nature, effectively channeling both through the weapon, and gaining the benefits of both. This, however, makes him unable to switch the natures, locking them in until the technique is terminated or runs it's full duration. Chakra Cost: 20 CP Name: Kokanhigyou [Netherstrike] Rank: A Type: Weaponry, Bloodline Range: Long [0 - 10m] Element: Hiton Description: By rapidly projecting Hiton-natured chakra in any direction, the user of this technique proceeds to start running, jump or quickly move in the predetermined direction that the chakra is traveling towards. In doing so, the user of this technique mixes his speed with the Hiton ability to cover him in a shroud of invisibility, effectively making him completely vanish from the user's sight, after the split second used for his movement to begin. Then, anywhere within 10 meters of the initial starting point, the user will be able to reappear again, taking advantage of the opening created and the confusion caused to the enemy, to be able to attack the opponent. While this technique causes the illusion of one being able to teleport, as the user can start his movement in front of the opponent, vanishing from sight, and then appearing behind him a split second later, in truth the user of this technique merely becomes invisible, which means there is no loss of substance and, thus, that the user of this technique will still be physically present and moving normally along the path he has chosen. Once the movement that triggers this technique is begun, the user will not be able to abort the usage of this technique and the general direction of the movement must be kept, though curves and arches can be accomplished. This means that if the user decides to use this technique towards the direction they are facing, they can still curve around or jump over the opponent, or merely just turn right, but they he will not be able to go backwards or only sideways. Chakra Cost: 22 CP Name: Tora no Yakushin [Tiger's Onslaught] Rank: A Type: Weaponry Range: Close [0 - 5m] Element: N/A Description: A primitive form of the Tora no Issen technique normally used to train the more complex technique, this attack is quite fearsome in it's own right. Utilizing the user's great speed to it's maximum, the user will charge in at the target, or simply attack at pointblank range, and perform advanced swordsmanship slashes to the nine vital points of the human body. Unlike during Tora no Issen, these slashes do not occur simultaneously but rather in a very fast succession, which makes this iteration less tolling on the user but still extremely dangerous, specially against slower enemies, who will not be able to react in time. Once engaged in this attack, it will be extremely difficult for a target to be able to stop the attack or do little more than blocking (if capable), as the succession of the attacks is extremely quick. List of the nine weapon attacks performed with this technique:
- Downward slash aiming at the head;
- Slantwise downward slash aimed at the left shoulder;
- Slantwise downward slash aimed at the right shoulder;
- Horizontal stomach slash, from the right to the left;
- Horizontal stomach slash, from the left to the right;
- Left upward cut, aiming at the right hip;
- Right upward cut, aiming at the left hip;
- Upward slash aiming at the groin;
- A fully frontal attack, aiming at stabbing the target in the chest
Chakra Cost: 24 CP
- Kousokuken:
Name: Wakemi [Divide Oneself] Rank: A-S Type: Ninjutsu, Bloodline Range: N/A Element: Hiton Description: This is a technique utilizing Kagetora's style, Kousokuken, as well as his bloodline element, Hiton. Using the basic principle of Kousokuken to dramatically increase his speed in bursts, Kagetora will move erratically back and forth between his original location and a predetermined number of locations (4 for the A ranked version and 7 for the S ranked version) within 10 meters of the original, while utilizing his Hiton element to create distinct afterimages of himself in these locations. While incorporeal, these afterimages made through the visible light manipulating abilities of the Hiton element appear to the target to be as real as the user, unless they possess a chakra-vieweing Doujutsu. By using his increased burst movement speed to nearly seamlessly switch position between these locations as well as the Hiton element to mask the traces of these position changes to those viewing it, the user is able to launch attacks from any of the positions (both the original position and the afterimage positions), while switching between these positions in between attacks, constantly taking advantage of the element of surprise, as well as leaving the target guessing whether an incoming attack is one from an afterimage or from the real user. This technique's cost is composed by an initial cost, followed by an activation cost every time the user changes from one position to another. The user can only change position twice times per post [from A to B and then to A/C] and this technique can be used for a maximum of 6 posts before needing to be reapplied. It has a 2 post cooldown. Chakra Cost: 25 CP cost, 2 CP activation (A rank); 35 CP cost, 3 CP activation Name: Renzokuken [Continual Sword] Rank: A Type: Weaponry Range: Close [0 - 3m] Element: Hiton Description: A technique utilizing the qualities of Kagetora's style, Kousokuken. By using his increased burst speed and masking qualities of his Hiton element, the user will perform a weapon attack towards the target. In truth, while the opponent will only see one slashing attack, four more will follow nearly instantly after, from different directions, while having the evidence of their existence hidden thanks to the Hiton element from all but those with heightened perceptive abilities. This attack attempts to take advantage of the target's natural reaction to block the first hit, to then surprise him or her with the following, hard-to-see attacks. This technique can only be used if the user is stationary and has a 2 post cooldown. Chakra Cost: 25 CP Name: Tora no Issen [Tiger's Flash] Rank: S Type: Weaponry Range: Close [0 - 5m] Element: N/A Description: For this technique to be performed, the user needs to be at his peak speed, often requiring the Shinkuu no Kirikata technique to be in effect (though in normal circumstances, it won't be necessary), to avoid being slowed down. After mustering an enormous amount of chakra into his weapon hand, Kagetora releases it in a single burst, augmenting his muscle's capacity to their limit. By doing so, the user will be able to strike at a target nine times, nearly simultaneously, as if nine different people were striking the target all at once. Due to this, this technique is extremely hard to block or dodge, making it extremely deadly. After performing this technique, if it connects with the target, the impact will cause the muscle in the user's arms to tear, leaving his arm unusable until a capable medic tends to it. Additionally, if the attack is blocked by a force or defense that does not give in easily, though chances are it will still cut through it, the user may experience bone fractures. This technique can only be used once per topic. List of the nine weapon attacks performed with this technique:
- Downward slash aiming at the head;
- Slantwise downward slash aimed at the left shoulder;
- Slantwise downward slash aimed at the right shoulder;
- Horizontal stomach slash, from the right to the left;
- Horizontal stomach slash, from the left to the right;
- Left upward cut, aiming at the right hip;
- Right upward cut, aiming at the left hip;
- Upward slash aiming at the groin;
- A fully frontal attack, aiming at stabbing the target in the chest
Chakra Cost: 38 CP
