Konohagakure is located in the Fire Country and it's one of the Five Great Ninja Villages. As such, it has a Kage as its leader, known as the Hokage who is the most powerful ninja within it's land. It's ninja usually specialize in Fire-based jutsu. Konohagakure throughout history has been known as the powerhouse of hidden villages around the world, have the strongest ninja and most powerful clans. Being the largest village they have a constant duty to maintain and control peace around the world and are usually relied on by the other great nations to do so. Konohagakure is surrounded by a thick forest and a large mountain at the back. It is split up into four areas as the village is so large.

The Fire Country is one of the largest countries in the ninja world and boasts the largest Hidden Village which is Konohagakure, Village Hidden in the Leaves. The Fire Country is appropriately oriented towards the element of fire typically enjoying a relatively temperate climate with warm sunny conditions, allowing for bountiful harvests all year-round. The Fire Country is marked with heavy vegetation and forests and shares borders with more countries than any other in the ninja world. This allows them to trade heavily with the other surrounding countries, giving them one of the largest populations and strongest economies in the world.

Kumogakure is located in the Lightning Country and it's one of the Five Great Ninja Villages. The village itself is located high above the ground, nestled within a large range of tall mountains. Kumogakure is often difficult to find as it lays beneath the cover of its namesake but the village thrives under the rule of Hikaru Mezamashii, the Fourth Raikage. Kumo is a cultural village, well-versed in the arts and music, as well as one of the strongest economic nations. Rich and well-militarized, Kumogakure is a strong adversary. The village itself is made up of four districts.

The Lightning Country is a large peninsula like country and is one of the largest in the ninja world. It only shares a border with one unknown country making it secluded from other countries.The Lightning Country is oriented towards the element of Lightning as vicious lightning and thunder storms are a common occurrence within the land. The Lightning County is divided by a vast snowy and rocky mountain range, with numerous rivers running from it out to sea. Hot springs are also prevalent and villages exist all around the country, protected by its valleys and peaks. The Country has picturesque views and has a mild climate in the summer and a cold one in the winter. It's economy is good, since it is one of the Five Great Countries.

Kirigakure is located in the Water Country and it's one of the Five Great Ninja Villages. Kirigakure is a village that is constantly surrounded and veiled in an ever present mist or fog. Having earned the nickname "The Bloody Mist" early on in its history, it is known as a violent village, when compared to the other villages, and focuses on its powerful military. Kirigakure's climate and terrain is very diverse, going from sub tropical areas to blizzard and snow ridden areas. The village architecture is built to look sophisticated, yet ancient. Most of the buildings are built in with the surrounding environment, and are covered with the vine like foliage that is able to survive in the dark climate.

The Water Country is one of the smaller countries in the ninja world and is composed of many islands, with each having its own unique traditions and climate. The central island which is the largest acts as the countries capital and is home to Kirigakure, the Village Hidden in the Mist. The Water Country is oriented towards the element of water as its main influence is the sea. The weather is typically cool and full of mist and lakes, but differentiates between islands as some are covered in snow and others are warm with long, sandy beaches. The Water Country separates themselves from other countries and has a greater defense against outside threats. This country is completely influenced by the ocean and its main income is sourced from their big commercial trades.
