Before you start roleplaying you must create your character with the provided template. Once it is considered acceptable it will be approved and locked and moved to the approved applications sub-board allowing you to start roleplaying immediately.

Almost everything can be created in here. Whether it is a jutsu, clan, creature, item or weapon. Even special requests can be carried out here if an administrator considers it acceptable. All you are required to do is fill out the provided templates.

The owner should always be given credit for their work in regards to their custom creations. Everything seen here is only to be used on US, all the Canon jutsu were altered or created by the staff in some way and therefore make it their material and therefore are strictly for US only.
